Starbucks Coffee is one of the most successful and recognizable coffee chains not just in the United States, but internationally as well. With over 35,000 locations in 80 countries, it's pretty safe to say that almost everyone on the planet has at least heard of or been inside of a Starbucks. But did you know that each country has their own unique menu items?

While you might just be accustomed to American offerings like Frappuccino's and basic brewed coffee, international locations have a lot more to offer with its drink menu. So, let's go around the world and see what Starbucks menu items exist!

How this isn't a thing in the United States is beyond me, but Korean locations have figured out the perfect balance of caffeinated and sweet. At these locations, you can enjoy a cold brew with a big scoop of ice cream.

Caramel Waffle Latte

While the stroopwafel is a European classic, it's not so much a common flavor you'd see in the United States. However, British locations can enjoy this Caramel Waffle Latte that boasts sweet, familiar flavors and a crunchy topping.

Iced Belgian Chocolate Latte

This coffee beverage boasts "rich chocolate sauce" as well as chocolate whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This is definitely a chocolate-lovers dream. Well, at least it is if you're in Thailand.

While traditional grape flavor and yuzu are not typical flavors you find in the United States, these are common around the world. At Australian locations, you can find this refresher that mixed green grape, yuzu, and lemonade.

Mango and passion fruit are a great pairing for any fruity treat, and Chinese locations have cracked the code with this Frappuccino. Looking similar to the old-days when Starbucks offered smoothies, this definitely looks like a more sophisticated cold beverage.

Depending on the cuisine, chocolate and cinnamon can be a classic combo. Available in both iced and hot versions, this latte utilizes cinnamon and dark chocolate sauce.

Creme Brulée Brown Sugar Frappuccino

There is a long standing debate on which European country originated the classic creme brulée dessert - was it France, England, or Spain? Either way, Starbucks has planted the flag by offering this special Frappuccino in the UK. Not only is it available as a Frappuccino, but you can even get this in flavored cold foam.

Homsuwan Pineapple Hibiscus Tea

Another Thai offering that is looking really good, this blend of tea is a layered hibiscus flavor with pineapple flavor. It's even topped with a piece of fresh pineapple, come on.

With all things peach flavored, Japanese locations offer a refreshing peach Frappuccino. All I can really say as a fellow peach lover is that I hope this hits American locations at some point.

Peach Panna Cotta & Earl Grey Tea Frappuccino

Another peach offering from Japan, this item sounds like an amazing combination. Not only do you get a peach panna cotta flavor, but it's blended with a sweetened Earl Grey tea.

Lychee Strawberry Cream Shiok-ah-ccino

Where do I find it? Singapore

Singapore locations marketed this beverage as a mini, "less sweet" version of a classic Frappuccino. The lychee strawberry flavor still got a 9% sugar rating, but man does it sound delicious. It even comes with a cute little teddy bear.

This drink was also paired with a Yuan Yang coffee, which is typically when coffee is blended with tea. It's a popular drink common in Hong Kong.

Caramelized Macadamia Oat Latte

Similar to bringing pistachio to American locations, Starbucks has experimented with a variety of nutty flavors. In the UK, you can enjoy this macadamia flavored latte topped with brown sugar.

Merry Berry Strawberry Frappuccino

Although this is a holiday flavor, Japan is living it up with these specialty menu items. Blending strawberry milk with strawberry puree and topping it with white chocolate whipped cream just sounds like the holiday season in a cup.
