The Bull
Moreton Bay, 1.2 Km off the coast of Brisbane, Australia The Australian Eagle Stingray drifted lazily along the ocean floor, passively searching for food. Its fleshy pectoral fins arced gracefully up and down, mirroring the waves some thirty feet above. The flap of its fins gave the appearance that the ray was flying through the murky water in Moreton Bay, just off the southeastern coast of Australia.

The Hell You Say!
So, the demon was getting very annoyed with my attitude, as I had already likened his appearance to the traditional image of a devil, with the horns and Pan-like lower extremities, and his sulfuric stench. I said he looked like that devil-like creature being accosted by the handsome gentleman in the cover art of the album A Trick of The Tail. He seemed to take great pleasure in correcting me by explaining that my vision of his appearance was due to my own prejudices of how a demon should look. He literally looked the way I wanted him to look. He haughtily declared that he was actually quite a beautiful fallen angel, and his kind had gotten a bad rep over the millenia with all the Church propaganda and the very fanciful and horribly inaccurate illustrations by those 'snooty monks'.

Misunderstood
She lost track of the day sometimes. The rise and fall of the sun was the only dead giveaway that one day had finished, and the next had begun. The night always attracted a different type of crowd, one she preferred to stay away from. These souls seemed more reserved, stealthy even, and she couldn’t work out why anyone would want to hide all day and miss what happens in the light of the sun.

Jury of the Beast
The tar weaved like a snake through the brown fields. The sun came off it in waves. On the side was a previously white ute, now covered in dust and locust. The locust were so thick this season they should’ve been a crop themselves. They would part like the sea for the cattle wandering through them. They were looking for any grass that wasn’t already chewed to the root and scorched by the sun.
