Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual Wellbeing for Your Sign
Where do we even start with health? It’s a vast topic with what seems to be about a million factors, but it really comes down to three things: Mind. Body. Spirit. We all know the basic elements of “health,” right? Eating healthy, working out, and doing activities that make you feel good. (Like meditating or treating yourself to a nice bath. #TreatYoSelf.) But what if I told you that you can use your zodiac sign to figure out the best things for your wellbeing? Through this article, I’ll show you some things that you can do that will help you based on the cosmic energy that surrounds you on a day-to-day basis. Before going any further, I recommend looking up your entire natal chart. (And there are many apps and websites that can be used for this—I like TimePassages and Co-Star for apps, and CafeAstrology if you'd prefer a website.) I always recommend looking at your entire natal chart, since we're really all made up of a little bit of everything. Pay the most attention to your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. To sum that up:Sun: Energizes you chart (since it's the planetary body of energy closest to the planet.) It represents your goal. The positive aspects of this energy are what you should strive for in order to unlock your highest self.Moon: Your true and personal self.Rising: How you present yourself to others. This is the general vibe you give off.Got it? Good. Let's get started.

Love and War: 2019's Vernal Equinox and Full Moon in Libra
We may celebrate the New Year on January 1st, but did you know that wasn’t always the case? Really, January 1st is an arbitrary date in the middle of Capricorn season. The New Year was once celebrated in the month of March (a month named after Roman War season; also, a month that corresponds with the Sun’s entrance into Aries, a sign ruled by Mars). Think about it: Why is December the 12th month? Shouldn’t it be the 10th? Why is October the 10th month? Shouldn’t it be the 8th? Well, it was once, until a new calendar was formed by Julius Caesar on January 1, 45 (only to be replaced later by our current Gregorian calendar).

Venus and Her 12 Personas
Many have heard the expression, "Women are from Venus, men are from Mars." In a similar sense, astrology divides the two into feminine energy and masculine energy. Regardless of how the native identifies, everyone has a Venus in their natal chart. Being the second from the sun, Venus is a personal planet, and understanding your own specific Venus placement can tell a lot about a big portion of your personality.

Good Vibrations: February 2019's New Moon in Aquarius
The next New Moon, occurring at 15'45 degrees of Aquarius, will be exact at 4:03 PM EST on Monday, February 4th. Eclipse season may technically be over, but that doesn't mean that the revolution and evolution brought on by the last two eclipses has come to an end. The effects of an eclipse, in general, are said to last up until six months, and the upcoming New Moon in Aquarius will be a continuation of the eclipses' themes. Themes of revolution, evolution and social change.

How the Moon Phases Can Increase Your Productivity and Planning
The term Lunar cycle refers to the twenty-nine days that it takes for the Moon to orbit the Earth. Every Lunar cycle is broken down into eight different moon phases, which each hold meaning and significance regarding our behaviour. The eight Moon phases refer to the changing nature of the Moon, which is created from the alignment of the Moon in relation to the Earth and the Sun; The Moon itself doesn’t change, but our perception of it does due to the parts reflected by sunlight.

Understanding the Energy of Capricorn
Cold like the winter season, Capricorn unlike its counterpart Cancer is all about business. This sign has no time to dwell on emotions and matters of the heart. Individuals who have a heavy Capricorn energy in their birth chart may come across as cold, bossy, desensitized, and even a bit judgmental. They are highly concerned with their status and can exert their authority on others. These people can make the rudest and toughest bosses in the workplace. Also, they may have a deep love and passion for the routine lifestyle.
