Movie Review: 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi'
The nostalgia is no longer mine when it comes to Star Wars. A new generation of fans has picked up the mantel and while I still have strong feelings for my childhood favorite film series, it no longer belongs to me and my generation. Star Wars: The Last Jedi affirms the fact that the franchise has transcended what George Lucas created and morphed into something new. Does that mean I didn’t enjoy it? No, it just means that all things pass and while Star Wars: The Last Jedi is a fine movie, it’s no longer something I have deep feelings about.

Back To The Future(world): Where Could 'Westworld' Visit Next?
Fans of #HBO's #Westworld will know that the expansive world of Delos doesn't just revolve around Dolores and co.. Michael Crichton's 1973 film established that there are whole other theme park worlds, meaning that the wealthy aren't just confined to blowing the brains out of brothel madams in a great American Adventure. We had Romanworld, Medievalworld, Futureworld, and Spaworld for the discerning guest.

Macho Macho Man: The Theory About The Message Hidden In 'Predator'
On the surface, 1987's #Predator is just another Aliens-esque beat em' up where hardened fighters square off against an alien menace. While Arnie was busy getting to the "choppa," his fellow commandos were busy being sliced and diced by the alien dreadlocked menace, is there actually more of a statement on masculinity than we first thought? While John McTiernan's film might seem like a gory romp through the jump, the deaths of the crew seem to be more of a symbolic representation of their overcompensating masculinity than first thought.

A Netflix Movie to Avoid: 'Parallels' Reviewed
If you're like me and like to binge watch movies and TV shows on Netflix than you've probably come across one or two movies that have surprised you for all the wrong reasons. #Netflix seems to cater for almost anything you're heart could desire (well within reason) and sometimes it's hard to tell a turkey from an audience favorite. I'm usually a decent judge of character when it comes to movies however recently the "movie" Parallels blindsided me and I was left scratching my head for most of the evening. Good quality #scifi lovers be warned, this movie isn't anything new...
