'Battlefield V' Release Trailer Meltdown
#NotMyBattlefield, the trending tag was posted almost everywhere on Twitter after DICE released the first Battlefield V trailer. Talks of hate speech, misogyny, and bigotry resonated throughout the gaming industry as fights between "feminists" and "historian gamers" ensued. Sure, the highly anticipated WWII shooter has not released yet. Still, tons of gamers are outraged. Could this spell disaster for the AAA title before its long-awaited release on October 19, 2018?

Today, Nintendo has announced that it will be releasing a new game for mobile devices. After a few years of resistance, Nintendo has emerged as a major player in the mobile games market. Early in the smartphone era, Nintendo refused to make games for phone devices. However, with the market expanding like it is, Nintendo swiftly changed their approach and have since released such games as Animal Crossing, Mario Run, and Fire Emblem.

Why 'Sea of Thieves' is One of the Best Games I've Played in Years
Rare's 2018 Open World RPG Sea of Thieves had a rough start at launch. For the first month of its release, the game has had a decent share of bugs, glitches, and a peculiar case of disabled achievements that I've never seen happen in gaming history before. Yet, despite the minor setbacks plaguing the system at release, I haven't had this much fun playing a game in years.
