There's a Glitch That Turns off Link's Cartoon Cel-Shader in 'Breath of the Wild'
Breath of the Wild is without a doubt one of the most profound titles currently available on the Nintendo Switch. It's a game that has been heavily applauded by fans new and old thanks to its profoundly large world, hefty amount of puzzles, and re-worked combat systems. It's also one of the most beautifully animated games in the current era of gaming thanks to its cartoon shader, which makes the game look like a living painting.

The Nintendo Switch Just Re-innovated Gaming
As my clock ticks, I sit here with my PlayStation Vita on my desk to my left, my Nintendo 3DS to my right, and both my PlayStation 4 as well as my Xbox One to the front of me and behind me depending which way you are facing. You'd be impressed to notice the recent dust collection that has managed to grow metaphorically on my Wii U. It's a sight that no one should bare for a console that sought to re-innovate the way we see gaming. It's a console that wanted to evolve gaming in a manner of both interactivity and a way to separate our need for using a T.V. It's a console that managed to pull in fans who have spent hundreds of hours upon the device before it's untimely "death" seemed to happen.

20 Years of 'Pokémon' and Why I'm Still a Fan
20 years ago I was the kid who had no friends. I was the quiet one. I preferred the darkness of my room over being out in public. I preferred sitting under my lamp with a book in my hands, a controller in my lap, and empty coke cans laying around the floor around me in my "shrine". 20 years ago was also the first time I'd ever heard of the series. Before it I found myself surrounded by games such as Mortal Kombat, G.I. Joe, and even Battletoads still.

Playing Pokémon Sun or Moon Early? Nintendo is Throwing the Ban Hammer Out
We're not strangers to the ferocity of Nintendo's ways to keeping leaked copies of games from hitting consoles or handhelds early. Pokémon fans are finding this to be the case when playing leaked copies of Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon for the past week. How has Nintendo found this? It seems that they are finding people who decide to try and access the game via the online portion of it. Users with ROMs are the ones being cut off and this seems to be verified through forum posters on both Reddit, 4chan, and even Gamefaqs.

'Pokémon Go' is About to Go Legendary This Summer
With #PokémonGo about to wrap up its 'Adventure Week', there's always a question about what you can or can't do in in the game between its rather large-scale events. While its latest monthly event focused on rock-types and boosts for your buddies. This event is the most valued and enjoyable one to date. It's one that gave players a chance to take in the games buddy walking bonus and even a chance to obtain some of the games most rare, but powerful rock-types within the game.

Pokémon Sun and Moon Should Have Left Out the Original Non-Alola Form Pokémon
Pokémon has been a franchise that has recycled, rehashed, and continued to make the originals such as Rattatata, Spearow, Kakuna, and the original host of Pokémon creatures readily available as players explore. It's also a series that should debut on the Nintendo NX next year, much as Gale of Darkness did on Nintendo GameCube. This would work quite well as new games keep getting introduced to the franchise.

Could 'Super Mario Run' Hint at Nintendo's NX Future?
It's no secret that the Nintendo NX has been shrouded in mystery with what it will be. With both Sony and Microsoft trading blows over who has the best graphical console and hardware, Nintendo has been secretly been making moves to bring themselves to a new light in a variety of ways. Whether it's smash hits such as Pokémon Go or their successful previews with the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild having received critical acclaim, it's hard to see where the Nintendo NX is going.

Wait? 'Metroid's' Samus Aran Is Really A Guy?!
Back in the day, Metroid was my game. I loved jumping into the power suit and taking Samus for a spin. Part of what I loved about Metroid was that it wasn't just a standard side-scroller, there was some actual thought that had to go into the game to succeed.

One of my all time favorite video games comes from the Super Nintendo era. I loved my SNES, I can't even begin to tell you how many hours I logged on my various games. There was one game in specific that I spent countless hours on though.
