'Agatha All Along': Teen's Identity Revealed? Everything You Need To Know About Wiccan!
It was Wanda's boy all along!

WARNING! SPOILERS for Agatha All Along 1x05, 'Darkest Hour/'Wake Thy Power'.
In a mid-series twist, one of Agatha All Along's biggest mysteries appears to have been solved. Despite some early attempts to convince viewers that the mysterious Teen could be Agatha Harkness's son, Nicholas Scratch, the character's use of familiar blue magic, as well as the appearance of his new headpiece, very similar in design to the one worn by the Scarlet Witch, both strongly point to the equally widespread theory that Teen is Wanda Maximoff's son, Billy, who comic fans will know is destined to become the Superhero known as Wiccan.
But if Teen is in fact Billy, which seems the most likely scenario at this point, how did he survive the end of the Hex in WandaVision? Well, the answer to that may lie in the character's comic book history. Here's everything you need to know about Wiccan.
Originally born the son of Vision and the Scarlet Witch, his first life was cut tragically short

The character who would eventually become Wiccan was born Billy Maximoff, alongside his twin, Tommy Maximoff, as the son of Wanda Maximoff, aka the Scarlet Witch, and her synthezoid Husband, The Vision. Due to Vision's synthetic nature, he and Wanda could not naturally conceive, and so Wanda impregnated herself, the new lives latching on to a pair of lost souls, eventually born as Tommy and Billy. Wanda and Vision are delighted by their new arrivals, but unfortunately, the happy family was not to last.

It is eventually revealed that the 'lost souls' used to create Tommy and Billy were fragments of the shattered soul of the demon Mephisto. Mephisto, appearing in the guise of Master Pandemonium, attacked and absorbed the fragments, seemingly killing the twins.
Wanda was heartbroken and traumatised by the loss. In a misguided effort to lessen her protege's pain, Wanda's mentor, Agatha Harkness, erases any memory of the children from the mind of not only Wanda, but all the Avengers as well. This ultimately results in tragedy when Wanda does eventually remember her children, and wrongly blames her teammates for their deaths, leading into the events of 'Avengers: Disassembled' and 'House of M'.
He is reincarnated as Billy Kaplan, But faces struggles

Unbeknownst to anyone at the time, the soul fragments who had been the young Maximoff twins were irreversibly altered by Wanda's magic and the love she had held for them as their Mother. Unable to remain part of Mephisto, they eventually broke away and were reincarnated. Though biologically belonging to their new parents, at a magical, energetic level, the reborn boys are also the sons of the Scarlet Witch.
Billy was reborn as Billy Kaplan, the eldest of Jeff and Rebecca Kaplan's three sons. While loved by his parents, Billy faces bullying in High School over his sexuality. After suffering a cut to his face in one such incident, Billy sits outside the Avengers Mansion on his way home from School, where he is discovered by the Scarlet Witch, his favourite Avenger. Drawn to the boy, Wanda patches up his wounds and offers him words of encouragement to stand up to his bully. Fan theories pin point this encounter as triggering the return of Wanda's memories of her children.
Paul Adelstein and Maria Dizzia are listed as Jeff and Rebecca Kaplan in Agatha All Along, so it seems as though the Billy Kaplan version of Wiccan's origin will be adapted in some form.
Joining the Young Avengers

Billy does confront his bully, but things quickly go awry when his electro-kinetic abilities are triggered during the encounter, almost killing the bully. Over time, he also develops the power to speak his intentions into reality, on top of other magical powers. He returns to Avengers Manor to seek the Scarlet Witch for help with his new abilities, but by that time 'Avengers: Disassembled' has occurred, and the team has disbanded.
Billy then befriends Schoolmate Teddy Altman, learning he has shapeshifting abilities, and the two are soon recruited by Iron Lad to join the Young Avengers. After toying with a few options, Billy settles on the codename Wiccan, largely due to his affinity for the Scarlet Witch. Filling the role of the temporarily defunct adult team, the Young Avengers prove their worth by successfully fending off an attack from Kang the Conqueror.
Search for the Scarlet Witch

After meeting his strangely identical teammate, Tommy Shepherd, who takes up the codename Speed, Wiccan comes to the conclusion that the two of them are 'soul-twins', and both the reincarnated sons of Wanda Maximoff. When Wiccan's powers overload during a battle, causing an outburst of potentially dangerous magical energy, the older Avengers, now wary of magic, place him under observation. His Young Avengers teammates break him out to go look for the Scarlet Witch, who has been missing since 'House of M', and discover the truth once and for all.
The team eventually locates an amnesiac Wanda in Latveria, about to marry the evil Doctor Doom. Thankfully, they are able to rescue her before the Wedding can go ahead. Her memories are restored, and she acknowledges Wiccan and Speed as her children.
Wiccan often visits Wanda for advice about magic.
Wiccan and Hulkling share one of the longest running, healthiest LGBTQ relationships in comics

Shortly after joining the Young Avengers, Wiccan and his teammate Teddy Altman, also known as Hulkling, are revealed to be a couple. The pair's relationship, as well as the rest of the team's easy acceptance of it, were considered groundbreaking for the time. The pair have also managed to avoid the once prevalent 'Bury your Gays' trope.

Wiccan and Hulkling are now married, with Wiccan serving as Hulkling's Prince Consort and Court Wizard after the latter accepted his prophesised destiny as Dorrek-Vell, hybrid Emperor of the previously unimaginable Kree-Skrull alliance. The Scarlet Witch recently helped her son and new Son-In-Law thwart a minor rebellion in the Skrull ranks.
Despite a few minor bumps in the road, Billy and Teddy's relationship has been a relatively happy and healthy one. They are considered Queer icons and a notable step forward for Queer representation in popculture. For this reason, many consider the introduction of a live-action Wiccan a particularly exciting step.
An Important Future

In Marvel Comics, Wanda Maximoff is the Nexus being of the core 616 universe, meaning that her presence is vital for the universe's stability. The children of a Nexus being are said to have the potential for great power, and thus far, in the case of the Scarlet Witch's children, that potential has mostly manifested in Wiccan.
Wiccan is destined to one day become a powerful magical being known as the Demiurge. An earlier Demiurge, dubbed Demiurge Primordial, was responsible for the initial seeding of life in the universe. However, in Asgardian lore, the Demiurge title has been used to refer to more than one being, so while Billy Kaplan is aware of his destiny, and occasionally tapped into the well of his future Demiurge power in dire situations, what being the Demiurge will ultimately mean for him is as yet unknown.
Once, when attending a council of past and future Sorcerors Supreme, Doctor Strange finds Wiccan among them. So, on top of his Demiurge destiny, he is also set to become Sorceror Supreme sometime after Strange.
Wiccan's destiny as an important magical figure was seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, when a carving of him is visible alongside the larger one of his Mother on Mount Wundagore.
We can't wait to see what the MCU has in store fore this beloved comics character.
