10 Christmas Movies That Shaped Me
🎄 Introduction Christmas movies are more than just background noise or seasonal fillers. For many of us, they become tradition, memory, and comfort all wrapped in one. These are the ten Christmas films that have stayed with me through the years—not always because they’re the “best,” but because of what they meant to me when I watched them. Some are warm and fuzzy. Some are chaotic and messy. All of them shaped my holiday spirit in one way or another.

The Top 10 Christmas Movie Sequels That Actually Delivered
Christmas movies are not just films. They are rituals. Most movies are watched once, maybe twice, and then filed away as “something you saw.” Christmas movies, by contrast, are revisited annually, often at the same time, in the same rooms, with the same people. They become embedded in personal history. You remember watching Home Alone while wrapping gifts. You remember Christmas Vacation playing in the background during chaotic family gatherings. You remember A Christmas Story looping endlessly on cable while everyone drifted in and out of the room.

MONSTER: The Faces of Evil on Netflix
Personally, this series is my favorite of the entire anthology, mainly because of the suspense it leaves me with. This story, based on true events, tells the tale of two brothers who, on August 20, 1989, murdered their parents in cold blood. But this is where the whole country is divided. According to them, their father sexually and psychologically abused them both, but if that weren't true, they did it only for money.

MONSTER: The Faces of Evil on Netflix
I'd never been interested in watching this type of series, and I think that was largely due to my lack of knowledge about the context surrounding them. However, when I first saw it, I remember being completely captivated from the very first episodes. It wasn't just the story that grabbed me, but the way it was told. I was impressed by how they managed to recreate the life of this psychopath without resorting to cheap sensationalism, building a disturbing and profoundly human relationship.

Scarface review
*Scarface* is a 1983 film directed by Brian De Palma and starring Al Pacino. Without exaggeration, it's definitely one of my favorite gangster films. Since its release, it has become an absolute classic of crime cinema, not only for its iconic scenes but also for everything it represents thematically and culturally.
