You're Fired: Did 'Game Of Thrones' Just Kill Off A Dragon Without Us Knowing?
As fans of HBO's Game of Thrones are still feeling the "burn" from Season 7's "The Spoils of War," it seems that neither the Lannister nor Targaryen forces are quite as military savvy as we first thought. Some pretty major players have been left with their lives hanging in the balance, while most are worrying whether our favorite twincest brother will survive his dip in the river. But perhaps we should be focusing our attentions elsewhere.

The Cogs Are Turning Again: 'Game Of Thrones' Writer Bryan Cogman Is Developing A Fifth Prequel
It doesn't take Bran Stark's raven ability to know that winter (and prequels) are coming to Game of Thrones, but we finally have some more news on where HBO plans to take its cash cow when the main show ends in 2019. The network had already announced that four prequels would continue our bloodlust and porn satisfaction, while author #GeorgeRRMartin had always hinted there could be more to come. Well, the old gods and the new may have just answered our prayers, and a fifth spin-off is officially gracing the lands of Westeros and beyond with some substantial talent at its helm.

You'll Want These TV Witches On Your Side When Evil Comes A-Knockin'
Witches have gotten a bad rap over the years. Most of the time, they can be portrayed as green-faced hags with warts and hooked noses and labeled "evil" because their powers are otherworldly. Take the Wizard of Oz's Wicked Witch of the West, portrayed by Margaret Hamilton, as a prime example. We can thank her the tinted complexion, which can immediately come to mind when we hear the word "witch," but it wasn't to make her appear any creepier than she already was. But it wasn't her skin tone that gave the Wicked Witch of the West so much influence over the creation of witches in the next two and a half decades. It was the clear lack of redeemable qualities. She was clearly a villain and enjoyed the role. It wasn't until 1964 and the introduction of Bewitched's Samantha Stevens that viewers caught a glimpse of a witch that had a good heart.
