Work can be a high-stress environment, and that can cause some people issues. But stress can be a good thing. Tension can be a good thing. Bullying, cruelty, and all that? Not so much. How to Outline Your Startup Business Model With Lean Canvas
Startups fall under that branch of business that, if successful, bring the biggest money. Their world is cruel and ruthless. 50% of all new businesses fail within five years because of bad management and inability to follow through on ideas or investments. Even if your idea is stunning, fresh and extremely original, there’s no guarantee that you will make a fortune with it; a great idea is only one part, though a significant one, of a startup's development. Aside from a brilliant idea, your startup has to be well planned: in this case, your chances of thriving grow significantly. Lean Canvas allows businesses to create streamlined, 1-page business models comprised of separate 'blocks' that help to outline the project, notice its pros and cons and analyze any potential future risks.

I would put it up for Pre-Order on Amazon!

Run Your Own Newspaper (Part 4)
Having gotten my hands on the paper, now came the question – what do I fill it with? As you probably already know I took over the paper, so regular contributors were already in place. But I am the editor, I have to have a voice. The first thing that struck me when I started to think about content was… politics. There were two reasons for this:
