Who is she? You know when you're scrolling through the internet, you see something that you think of course cannot be, click on said thing, and then it actually turns out to be... that is how I felt when I was scrolling through a Google search and saw a question.

Jonathon Poe is the next entrepreneur coming out of Atlanta
Jonathon Poe is a young, ambitious, motivated, humble, and self-driven entrepreneur. He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and began his career in Engineering. Jonathon launched an online amazon store titled Poe’s Electronics in 2016, where individuals can obtain quality electronics for affordable pricing. Soon enough, his online store started selling products at an unprecedented rate, and he decided to officially move it to Amazon. Once this happened, his business tremendously grew. His business went from doing $2,000–5,000 in sales a month to $10,000–20,000 a month. He also felt that learning SEO and how to market a business successfully using social media really helped his business grow. After college, he decided to revisit his true passion, which is fashion and design. He even started studying fashion and design and even launched his own clothing and fabric line titled Jadore Poetic, based and designed in Milan, Italy. The official release is scheduled for spring of 2021. All along the way, he has also invested heavily into stocks, wholesale real estate, and even crypto-currency. As he started to branch out to create other streams of income, he even started teaching individuals about how to grow their E-commerce business, how to leverage real estate to build wealth, and how to leverage their money on the stock market. When it comes to influencers with real estate, he can easily say that his two biggest influencers would be Grant Cardone and Manny Khosbin. Simply because their story did not start well and pretty, but they did not let their circumstances determine the outcome of their future. They have both made sales of over $1 billion in the real estate market alone. When it comes to stocks and e-commerce, he can easily say that Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are his two biggest influencers. Not only are they the two wealthiest individuals in our time today, but their knowledge and wisdom on what they know is amazing, and their businesses are both worth billions. On his journey to obtaining more success, Jonathon truly just wants to be remembered as being himself. He feels as if so many people lose themselves in the process of becoming successful. As he continues to grow and accomplish more in his life, he wants people to look back and reflect on his life and can truly say that he remained true to himself and that he always did what he felt was best for him. When it comes to success, Jonathon mentions that people often let money determine how successful they are. In his eyes, success does not come from money, success comes from purpose, passion, and drive. We asked Jonathon what are his long term goals, and how does he plan to accomplish them as well. He mentioned that everything he does is calculated and plays a part in his near future. A lot of successful entrepreneurs plan for the future, and that is how his mindset is as well. He feels that a powerful mindset is what separates the weak from the ambitious, and the hustlers from the panhandlers. We asked Jonathon where does he see the fashion and clothing line in the future, and he plans to have two storefront stores in the United States. One of them being in New York and then one in his hometown of Atlanta. By this time, he also sees himself owning land and multiple rental properties. He mentioned that land is a major asset that always appreciates. Jonathon understand that a successful entrepreneur must have consistent cash flow, passive income, and revolving assets. All in all, his businesses have generated over multiple 6 figures. It is safe to say, that even though Jonathon is at the beginning of his career, his future is looking extremely bright at only 25 years of age.

Asian Visibility
Marketing stunt or genuine sign of progression? The intentions behind the Academy Awards nomination of two Asian actors for Best Male Lead, and an Asian woman for Best Director for the first time ever are honestly irrelevant. After decades of whitewashing and snubbing women, the Academy Awards have been slowly fading into insignificance. What is relevant, is that in a time when racism and racially fueled violence towards Asians is at an all time high in the US, we are finally putting Asian faces on our screens and celebrating their work.

Red Bull Heir Thrust Into Scandal
Current estimates claim that the Red Bull franchise is worth just over $20 billion dollars. Founded by the late Chaleo Yoovidhya, this company began marketing energy drinks to the local Thai population before expanding its operations to service the entire globe. Red Bull is now a true empire and one of the most popular brands on the planet. This is why any situation which develops into a scandal is bound to garner a fair amount of negative publicity; particularly when referring to individuals who may appear to be able to get away wit a crime due to their high status.

Leadership from First Principles According to Elon Musk
Geoffrey James, in an article on Inc.com describes Musk as a management theorist. James says ‘Musk seems to approach running a business much as he’d approach a complex engineering project: Figure out what works, and do that, even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. To paraphrase James’ summary of Elon Musk’s general business operation rules that he sent out via email from Tesla:

Black In Business
Growing up I didn't get to see many black creators. Especially from the place that I came. As a Creator this was disappointing. Because I didn't have any real influence to aspire to or want to model my life around. Plus, I fell into (like many other people in my vicinity) the trap of going to school in assimilating into industrial capitalism. As a creator my whole life, this path destroyed my desire to do things. I wasn't one design for a 9-5 or to work as an industry worker. To be assigned and complete tasks by a corporation. I’m a creator, and Innovator, someone who worked at his own pace. I’m someone who created his own lane and was his own boss. So it was amazing for me to discover a creator in college that was closest to me.

Elon Musk's Three Secrets of Success
Elon Musk has had his fair share of negative events: personal and family crises and traumas, and his businesses on the verge of failure. He has expressed that he would either have to be severely incapacitated or dead in order to give up. His ex wife Justine Musk has expressed him as someone who is obsessed with having success, and others have said he focuses on an objective, and does whatever it takes to achieve it. He has his own version of a ‘reality distortion field,’ and encourages others to push beyond what they believe is possible in order to attain an outcome. For example, he has stretch goals: when he was making the Tesla Roadster, he expected the vehicle to get to New York, and then the result was that the car arrived in New Mexico, twice as far as what was expected.
