Rediscovering Atlanta’s Architecture
Atlanta is frequently accused of forgetting its history. Indeed, as progress marches forward and the city's core bustles with new development, older structures are discarded as worthless, usurped by monotonous, anonymous gleaming glass towers. We can learn from the losses of the Loew's Grand Theatre, the Piedmont Hotel, the original Equitable Building, Terminal Station, and several other smaller but no less significant buildings that demolition of historic fabric is a loss for our city. And the significance of appreciating the classical architecture that has survived.

The Ideal Self Portrait
For my final school project we had to compose two self portraits. An Ideal and Unideal self portrait of your own interpretation. For my “Ideal Self-Portrait” I pulled my inspiration from Albrecht Dürers Self Portrait at Age 28. Dürers self-portrait is most prominent because of its resemblance to many earlier representations of Christ. It has notable similarities with the conventions of religious paintings. It’s symmetry, dark tones and how the artist depicts himself as directly confronting the viewer and raises his hand to the middle of his chest as an act of blessing. A truly “Ideal” image.

When is the very last date that I may submit my Annual Return? When does the cutoff time occur?
On a yearly basis, businesses need to hand in something that is known as an annual return, which is a kind of report that can be found in a document. The made up to date of the Annual Return will be one year after the date of the Annual Return that came before it if this is the first year that the firm has been operational. In the event that this is not the case, the date that will be used for the made up to date will be one year after the day that the company was established. It is the responsibility of the directors of the business as well as the company secretary to ensure that the Annual Return is submitted within a time frame of no more than 28 days from the most recent date on which the information was brought up to date.

Need For Vulnerability
Five years ago I had the pleasure to meet and gain a new friend. She was an emergency room nurse at the time and was writing a paper to be published so she could register as a nurse practitioner. We went to the same gym as at the time I lived in the south side of the city. She learnt that one of my hobbies was writing and read some of my work. She said I had talent and asked if I could read her paper. Her paper was about the need for vulnerability as an ER nurse. The paper states that being vulnerable prevents burn out and is needed in professions to keep humility and honesty within oneself while also helping others.
