The Golden Rules Of Customer Service
When we face a customer service situation that we realize we have a strategy for, we think "I know precisely how to deal with this.” But what happens when you experience a circumstance where you don't have the right customer service strategy or script? You need to sort it out soon but how?

Employers vs Employees
I’ve only worked a legitimate job for about 3 months now, and I’ve definitely picked up on a few things that could be worked on better in the workplace. This could just be from my personal experience, as I’ve never worked until now, and haven’t gotten much experience in the workforce, but perhaps it can be interchangeable with other jobs as well.

👋🏾Being Vocal is Hard‼️
Early this year, February rings about right. I terminated my vocal.media membership. I did so because I was frustrated; and most of all I was tired of trying. This world of ours is full of many complex problems with matching people, and as much as one tries, hearing all of them is damn near impossible. Let me clear this up first, because I don’t wish for anyone to think, my goal here is to tell anyone how to run their business. I am of the mindset, I either accept the terms of use, or I just get TF off the platform. But I would if its okay, just share my heart for a moment.

How to Estimate a Data Analytics Project Timeline
In your role as a data scientist or data analyst, a common question you’ll get from stakeholders is “how long will this take”? When I first become a data scientist, I found the question challenging to answer. If I said it took a month to build a model and I couldn’t deliver, would that harm my stakeholder’s perception of my abilities? If I built the model faster, would my stakeholder think I was prone to overestimating? If you find yourself struggling to provide better time estimates as I did, try this 4-step process I’ve developed that has helped me provide more accurate timelines.

What Happened to the Creative Process?
Am I the only one who feels like the romance of a “creative process” is kind of dead in 2021? Gone are the days of Hemingway drinking whiskey and muttering to himself at his typewriter, of Henry Miller working “calmly, joyously, recklessly on whatever is in hand”. A quick google search will reveal about a thousand ways to figure out your creative process, but almost all of them will say something along the lines of “figure out what environment works for you, sit down, and write!”.
