Everyone has a few bad habits but some of those habits makes our daily tasks much more difficult than they have, and because of them, there are so many things we've been doing wrong all this time without even knowing.
From charging your phone to using the bathroom, it's time to find out what you've been doing wrong all this time.
Okay, so you might have hit that snooze button like 4 or 5 times, but you're finally up, good job.

Although, nothing gets you ready to face the day quite like getting squeaky clean in a nice hot shower but hold the soap there for a second, Are you aware that spending too much time under the hot water actually isn't all that good for you?

Showering frequently can wash off some of the skin's good bacteria and oils which upsets the body's natural balance causing dry and cracked skin. Not only that, but according to the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, showering too frequently can also lead to serious skin problems such as eczema.
So, to avoid this incredibly itchy future, all you have to do is reduce the number of days you take a shower on. But, if you really can't get by without bathing daily, you'll just keep scrubbing the essentials.

Secondly, Antiperspirant problems, once you're nice and clean you reach for the antiperspirant but wait, should you really be applying that deodorant now? Because if you take a look at the label of most antiperspirant deodorants they'll tell you to put it on right before you go to bed. How can that be, right? Well, as it turns out, because you're less active at night, you sweat less so, your skin absorbs more of the active aluminum based ingredient of antiperspirant, which sinks in and blocks those sweat ducts overnight, plus the active ingredient will generally last for about 24 hours so its effect won't wear off over night. Looks like you don't have to sweat about this problem ever again. Am I correct?

After all those hygiene high jinks, it's time for some breakfast, bananas are a perfectly healthy start to any morning, if the stem is soft or the top is a bit mushy, it can make your morning messy but what if I told you that tearing the stem is not the way to go?
According to monkeys, also known as nature's banana eating aficionados, it's easier to peel this delicious yellow fruit open from the blossom end. Simply pinch the brown stub until the peel splits and just keep peeling away. Not only is it easier, but peeling it this way can also help remove all those weird banana strings that sometimes stick to the fruit after you peel it. Now, you can literally enjoy the fruits of your labor.

But before all these there's a Toothpaste trouble. Now regardless of whether you brush your teeth before or after you've eaten breakfast, there's still a good chance you're doing it wrong. Over the years, commercials have made it look like you should be squeezing out long layers of toothpaste onto your toothbrush to keep the cavities at bay, but this just isn't true commercials use these long ribbons of paste to make their product look a little more appealing and make you use more toothpaste but the reality is, that a single pea sized blob is enough to keep your teeth looking and feeling squeaky clean.
Well, I'm not sure about you, but at this point, I don't even know if I'm breathing correctly. Sacarsm is that you!

Next is Folding problems. Fed and fresh? it's time to get some chores done.
First up, putting away the laundry. Ugh. Even though it's a simple task, it feels like it takes forever. Scrunching things up and cramming them into drawers leaves creases in all the wrong places. But trying to make your closet look like a super neat department store showcase is way too much hassle. Or is it?
As it turns out, it takes a grand total of just 3 seconds to fold a shirt properly.
First, you lay the shirt out flat and pinch it halfway down, just off the seam with your right hand and off the collar with your left then, still pinching the shirt, you fold your left hand over your right so that the collar section now meets the bottom of your shirt. Pinch that section into your left hand as well, and then raising the shirt up, pull your right hand through. From here, you briefly shake it out, lay it down, flip it over and voila, a fast and fancy shirt fold may take you a little time to get the hang of it but once you do, putting away your laundry will become a lightning fast task.

Next on is Refrigeration frustration. On your list of chores, is to put away the groceries which contain a fresh carton of eggs. But, if you're thinking about storing them away in the egg compartment of your fridge door, then I've got some bad news for you.

To keep eggs fresh, they should be kept at a constant temperature below 68 degrees, but the refrigerator door is actually the warmest area. The eggs become more prone to temperature fluctuations as a result of being opened and closed throughout the day, compromising their overall quality. Additionally, milk shouldn't be stored in the door, despite being the ideal location for it. Similar to eggs, changes in temperature can speed up the breakdown of milk.

So, if not in this single refrigerator basket, where else should you store all of your milk and eggs? Experts advise storing quickly to prevent foods from spoiling in the back of the refrigerator, which is a cooler area, because it is more resistant to temperature changes. What an egg-cellent arrangement! Now, just because the fridge door has room doesn't mean you should put every condiment there, because they don't need to be kept at a constant temperature.

Some naturally preserved condiments, like sauces and jams, will work well there. However, what about ketchup? Certain individuals have a well established fact for placing it in the ice chest. However, doing so has no real purpose.
Tomato, sugar, and vinegar are typically the components of commercially produced ketchup. which imparts a particular acidity to the sauce. This protects the sauce to eat in room temperature conditions regardless of whether it's not been refrigerated.

This means you can use the valuable fridge space for something really important. Unless, of course, you're one of those people who likes their ketchup cold. For me, putting cold ketchup on hot food makes my mouth feel awful.

Wait! You just remembered you need to dress up and go out but there's an issue with the Bobby pins.

Now, if you have long, shiny hair, you probably have used a few bobby pins to keep any stray hairs from getting in your eyes while you were doing all of these things. However, many of you will discover that these tiny hair grips fall out almost immediately after being inserted. Why is that so? You're not using them correctly, despite how straightforward they appear to be.

Despite the fact that it seems like the wavy side ought to look up, it's really intended to go about as a hold on the under side of your hair. Thus, when you slide it in, this ought to confront with the level part looking up. This saves how much time you spend tinkering with your hair and how many bobby pins you use.

All things considered, the majority of us have been told since our school days that stretching before practice forestalls muscle wounds and could be gainful to our presentation. But that's not entirely accurate. Although stretching is good for flexibility and feels good, there is no solid scientific evidence that it prevents injury when done before exercise.

Large studies have shown that in extreme focus preparation, similar to armed force work out, stretching before hand had no tremendous effect on injury rates or muscle irritation.
What's more amazing is the fact that stretching before sprinting and jumping actually decreased people's performance on average, according to some studies. However, with the small number of studies done, They're not sufficient to establish these findings as fact.
Therefore, it really is up to you whether you want to stretch before exercising. However, it might not be as significant as your former gym instructor claimed it to be.

Chaos in the microwave. It looks like all that exercise has made you hungry. In this way, now is the ideal time to warm up certain extras for lunch. When you take your meal out of the microwave after it has been zapped for a few minutes, you find that the food on the outside is scorching hot and the food in the middle is still horribly cold. This is due to the fact that microwave radiation doesn't travel very far and will only penetrate a small portion of your food depending on how dense it is.

A great number of people take care of this issue by halting and mixing their food a few times. But seriously, who has the time for that?
The best way to warm your extras equitably and rapidly is leaving an opening in the middle of your food, so it have the shape of a ring.

During rainy seasons, it's always cool outside and you ought to likely wear a cap or head warmer. After all, your teachers and mother always told you that your head is where most of your heat goes. However, you are committing a mistake if you rely solely on cozy hats to keep your body warm.
According to the British Medical Journal, only 7% to 10% of a person's body heat is lost through their heads. The whole legend probably originates from an old 1970's tactical review which guaranteed however much 45% of your body heat escapes from the highest point of your uncovered melon. Due to the fact that the subjects they were testing were wearing full arctic suits and only having their heads exposed to the cold, they were unfortunately not practicing very good science at the time. Since then, science has realized that putting any part of your body in the cold will cause a proportional drop in your core body temperature.
As a result, you should use a warming solution for your entire body rather than just your head.

Cumbersome wine glasses. It's time to open a bottle of wine to pair with that greasy pizza because you're feeling fancy. What a classic combination!
After you've emptied the wine into your wine glasses, you may be enticed to hold this alcohol by the bulb. Even though it looks sophisticated, you shouldn't hold it this way when you want to drink.

Instead, you should keep your fingers firmly on the stem. This is due to the fact that our sense of smell accounts for between 80 and 90% of what we perceive as taste.
Don't think so? Think back to the last time you had a bad cold or a blocked nose, and you'll remember how bland and uninteresting your food was.

Therefore, in order to get the most out of the flavor of high-end wine, glasses were designed with long stems that kept your hand far away from your nose. This keeps the smell of your fingers from obstructing the kinds of the wine. However, I don't think it will make much of a difference in this situation because you're enjoying the greasy pizza and the wine in a casual manner.

Toilet schooling: Sadly, all that wine has made you want to visit the porcelain throne more than ever. Sitting down really permits men to discharge a greater amount of their bladder than if they were standing up right?. This is on the grounds that you're ready to utilize your abs to truly push each and every nonconformist, bringing about less washroom breaks.
However, the issue with sitting on it is that, it keeps a crimp in your lower gut, brought about by the landmasses protecting muscle of the puborectalis. As a result, you'll have to work harder to get poop out of your colon, increasing your risk of developing painful conditions like hemorrhoids and colon disease.
So, exactly how are you supposed to relieve yourself without hurting yourself?
A straightforward squat is the answer. Relaxing your puborectal muscle and straightening your colon give you a straight path to poop by raising your knees up to your chest, about 35 degrees from your body. Some people actually climb up onto the toilet seat to do a really deep squat into the bowl, despite the fact that this position makes things much easier on your back.

Telephone charging challenge. You hear the all-too-familiar sound of your phone's low battery warning as you return from the bathroom. Ugh! Just a few hours ago, you charged it! Indeed, it's notable that advanced cell batteries don't have the best charge life, it's additionally to some degree our issue due to the manner in which we charge them. The geniuses at some battery companies say that lithium ion batteries, like the ones in your phone, are subject to stress, and just like a human being, prolonged stress can shorten a battery's lifespan.

Your phone draws a constant current and operates at a lower voltage when it is closer to empty. Because they maintain a state of low stress, lower voltages are extremely beneficial to a battery's lifespan. which, in the end, makes it possible to charge the battery more frequently.

But if you leave your phone on charge when it already has a full battery, it will do the opposite; once a battery reaches 100%, it draws power from other sources to stay at 100% when plugged in. The battery stays in a state of high stress thanks to this high voltage charge. Which slowly wears out its science and can prompt framework wide glitches and reboots. Because of this, charging it overnight or allowing it to charge indefinitely is a terrible idea.
All in all, what amount would it be a good idea for you to truly charge? When your battery is between 30 percent and 80 percent, you should try to use short, irregular top-ups. While you can't prevent your battery from breaking down, furnished with what you know now, you ought to have the option to delay its inescapable destiny only a bit of spot longer.

However, which of these everyday practices did you just discover that you have been doing incorrectly for a long time?
