Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Small Steps, Small Goals, My Future
Every year I make the same resolutions to be healthier and finally get myself into shape, but this year must be different. I have a new baby I need to worry about, and this might be the final chance I have to finally get healthy, before I’ve gone so far that there is no way to come back from it. On top of that, there are other goals I must focus on as well.

Stuck In The Closet
My first new year’s revolution was to be able to come out to my family. Ever since I was about 13 years old I knew I was Bisexual. It is been hard keeping this secret for three years. I knew I was ready to come out. I had my family sitting in the living room when I told them, My mom said, “I suspected it”. My dad said, “I am going to love you no matter what”. My sister yelled, “I knew it!”. It was a shock to me as to how they responded. I felt free, free from the chains of my secret.

Cheers To New 2021 Resolutions
Goodbye 2020, hello 2021! As I move into a new year, humble, (humbled is an understatement) hopeful (always), and energetic (have we met?), I want to share a few of my new year's resolutions that I am looking to embody as a person and add to my routine.

My Ambitious New Year
This year I have a new resolution to feel healthier. I'm not normally one to make resolutions. I'm forging new paths to destroy the stress that challenges my health. The biggest stressor is financial stability. Stress isn't healthy. So here I am. writing this as one of my many ambitious goals to succeed in making a small improvement on my finances. For me to truly live a better more healthy lifestyle I need to get a handle on my finances. I'm working more now to work less later. I can't stop feeling this stress and worry if I never try to do anything to correct it. It might not be a true resolution to become more ambitious, But I feel it is to tell myself I have to start forging these paths to a better life and the sense wellness it will bring me.

Theatre dream
You know everyone has dreams, I have one dream, and that is to be on stage, telling a story. I did a few shows in school but i was always in the ensemble, I feel like I was never given the chance, I would go to shows and watch other students perform and think to myself "I could do this if I was just given a chance."

A Healthier 2021 To Me
We all love and strive for a new year to start for many different reasons. Some might want the new year for new beginnings and new challenges they want to bring to themselves. Others want the new year to come to be able to move on from whatever it is that they are wanting to forget in the past year. But many of us, want the new year to start for new challenges and new goals that we have for ourselves. After the year that we all have had, I’m sure that there are many of you that can agree with me that this year is a good year to start new challenges and set new goals for ourselves to have healthier decisions and a better lifestyle.

How to Turn Your Goals into Reality? Power of Intention
All of us have different objectives in our lives. How we spend our life or what we have to do? I think only 2 to 3% of the whole population does not aim in their lives. These objectives, which help us to live a better and useful life, are goals.

"New Year, New Me," and Covid-19
"New Year, New Me." A bold thing to say to oneself. You see it everywhere. New Years resolutions all a flutter about social media and it's all up in the air in almost every conversation. A world with a deafening noise of "I'm going to" and then usually followed by either a very disciplined following to reach said goal or falling flat on your face two days in and giving up.

How To Effectively Stay Motivated to Lose More Weight
Struggling with your motivation? In that case take comfort in knowing that this can be a perfectly normal occurrence. Many people do have difficulty from time to time with their motivation levels but it's only those who are able to push past this who are going to see long-term results. It is very common that many people will have problems with their motivation levels, although it is only the people who are going to stay motivated that will see long-term results. Rather than getting all held up over the fact you aren't motivated, what you need is a game plan in place that you could turn to can help bring these motivational levels back up again. There is no point in getting stressed because you are DE-motivated, instead you need a plan that you can follow to help you restore your motivation and keep you motivated. Many people think it is very hard to keep motivation while trying to lose weight; therefore it is perfectly normal if you are struggling to be motivated. Losing weight might take a lot of motivation; many people do however find it hard to stay motivated. It is only the people who are able to stay motivated that will experience long-term results. If you are feeling DE-motivated don't worry, you just need a plan to help get your motivation back up again. When on a diet you will no doubt at some point find it hard to stay motivated, don't worry this is perfectly normal. You can get your motivation back by creating a plan to follow.

How to accomplish your resolutions in 2021
The covid-19 pandemic has changed perceptions and expectations of our own lives forever. We've canceled plans in every aspect we can think of. So it makes sense to hold off from the resolutions you make for every year, the ones we all seem to forget about as the weeks and months pass by.

A Healthy You Resolution
It's the beginning of the year again and let's be honest, I've been putting off the "start working out more" resolution for months because, well, 'the new year will be a good time to start' thought always delays my start time. But it's January and I couldn't make that excuse anymore. If you are like me, you feel guilty for not starting earlier, and well, you almost feel like maybe you should just push it off for another year.
