The Power of Performance
Today I went to see the Dance Concert, one of many performances, that are put on at my performing arts college. It touched on a lot of topics like "we the people," "justice for all," "powerful women" and the issues we have been having with public and school shootings. What I loved about this is that it did it in such a powerful way. I have always thought things like music and dance and painting and other creative art forms have such a greater power than people tend to realize. This performance reminded me of that. Not only because each and every dancer was extremely talented with the fluidity they had from one move to the next, or the way they used their strength to do a certain move making each dance elegant or fierce. It was the idea that each dance, even if some of the moves or techniques were the same, had a unique message even if they are all going towards the same cause. It's like each person was fighting with their bodies, fighting with the passion they put into every movement and every specific detail. Of course they had the help of the very touching music, audio, or visuals that were shown to help convey their message. That doesn't change the fact that in one way or another every member of the audience was touched by each dance and each individual dancer.

Imagine if Success Was Guaranteed
Let us imagine that an omnipotent being has come down to Earth from the heavens to tell you that you are fully capable of achieving every goal you have ever had, with the only catch being that you had to work harder than anyone else on the planet and not ever, not even once consider giving up. The being tells you that everything in your wildest dreams, by its grace, is achievable, so long as you are willing to work for it.

Stop Being Perfect
Over the years I wish someone told me what I'm about to tell you. I started businesses, and they failed. I started jobs, and I failed. I tried to start a content career online, and guess what? I failed. If I had this advice below back then, you wouldn't be seeing this post. Here's what I learned.

10 Methods to Improve Self-Discipline
Self-disciple is something that everyone has struggled with. Whether this is in the form of struggling to lose weight, studying for a test, or just getting out of the house, we have all been there. However, failure is all part of the process, and finding the best ways to discipline yourself is a journey in itself.

Stepping up to the Mic. Top Story - April 2018.
You've tried deep breathing, taking sips of water, and pausing in between slides. You've kicked things off with a joke or a smile to lighten the mood. You've tried repeating the words "Just be yourself!" in your head over and over as you stood up to begin speaking. You've pictured your audience in their underwear and focused on their foreheads to avoid eye contact. You've practiced in front of the mirror, a few close friends, and even strangers at Toastmasters.

Look at the Big Picture
In life, we all go on a journey that only we may see the vision, yet it has not been made into a reality. Our minds are a beautiful gift of adventure and knowledge. It is daily that we may look where we are and feel like a failure or question if it's worth it. What is planned and followed through takes time and beating yourself down will only slow down the progress. Speak words of wisdom into each day, even if you do not feel like it. That is the start of your day in how you set the tone for the remainder of it. Ask yourself honest questions if you are giving 100 percent. Although, life is forever changing with many obstacles thrown our way to test not our ability, but the faith that you have and if you really want to fight for your goals. When you look at the big picture you see an image, the future, and how all your hard work paid off.

Don't Think. Just DO
Never have I ever had this mentality. I have always heard it from successful people but never took this saying to heart. Don't think. Just do. I started KeemZtv right at the beginning of 2018. I dont know how it came to me but it just did. I had been trying to find myself for many years, but could never get to the point of doing what it was that I wanted to do. Thoughts would always flash in my head of being someone who had it all figured out. The successful confident charismatic just all around great guy taking on the world. Negativity would always darken those flashes as quickly as they came. I was in a dark hole and wanted to be out, but didn't know how.

Kicking the Habit of a Lifetime. Top Story - March 2018.
For as long as I can remember, I have turned to food when faced with sadness, anger or any other kind of negative feeling. Rather than seeking support from my family or friends, I would find comfort in a family-sized tub of ice cream, or a large multipack of crisps. After a binge, I would be so ashamed that I would hide the wrappers under my pillow or stuff them down the side of my bed so that my mum didn’t find them. Slowly, I gained more and more weight and to the outside world it was a mystery because as far as they were concerned, I had my regular three meals a day and maybe the odd snack, however, I knew the truth. I knew exactly where the weight was coming from, but I just didn’t have the strength to stop it. It was easier to eat than face the real problems that were haunting me.

A Day in the Life of a Male Dancer
“SHALL WE DANCE?” One day I found myself in a college provided for people with behavioural problems, attendance issues, mental health, a lack of great life experience and responsibility. I, at the time, was sat at a computer day in, day out studying business administration... BORING, I know! I thought to myself, this can’t be all my life has in store for me.

Overcoming Obstacles & Redefining Failure
I am a person who has embarked on several new beginnings in my life. I have moved to new cities, taken on challenging jobs, completed university, and fallen in love. One thing I have recognized is that during every one of my achievements I have been burdened with many obstacles. Like, things that should go smoothly, and otherwise should have been simple. But then they drag on, and I must decide “Is this a sign I should stop?” or “Is this a test?”
