His Positive Thinking If Gary Vee was from Detroit, he’d be Bucky Rogerz. Coming from humble beginnings in Detroit, MI, Bucky had to work ten times as hard to get to where he is at. With members of his family and numerous friends doubting him and his ability to achieve success and working a nine to five while running his business, overcoming these circumstances was difficult. By God’s blessing, Bucky has achieved all the things he once dreamt of, and still is focused to achieve even more. He is now an artist and entrepreneur with his hand in many different types of businesses such as real estate and vending machines. Bucky sets himself apart from the others with his hard work and perseverance. It is hard enough for people to maintain success in one industry, but the visionary has done so in many different fields, which is why he is the epitome of entrepreneurship.

Facing My Fears
Thanks for sharing your story with us Ayrica. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there. My career started because of what I thought was the worst thing that could happen to a person…. I WAS FIRED!!! Well, I was laid off. But you get the idea. I started my career in the accounting industry by working for one of the biggest accounting software in the world, Intuit. I found my love for numbers, community, small business, and the everyday individual by working for this company. I transitioned into the Business Management and Entertainment industry by working for numerous CPA firms and grew my passion for Business Management. As the company declined financially, they started their layoffs using the method of “the last one hired, first one fired.” I had never been “fired” before, nor have I ever been unemployed.

POTENTIAL
Hey guys! I decided to do a blog🖥️✍🏾🖊️ on "Potential" this time because it’s crazy how many of us have this “power” 💪🏾💡(and I say power because it’s something we hardly use that is very useful )that we don’t use and rarely think about sometimes. I do not know about y’all but sometimes I do ask myself do I even have potential? 🧐🤔And how come I don’t see it in myself or use it?🤔🤔🧐 And I’m not going to lie because half the time I’m lazy and don’t want to push myself but in times like these, it’s crazy because I’m using every piece of it.😂😆 Growing up for me, starting in middle school I was told that I have the potential I just have to use it. I always thought it was just something teachers say but it followed me all the way to high school because teachers were saying the same thing there too.😮😲 It was weird, I flew through high school not paying attention to that but kept it close to me all these years.😯😱 I realized my potential, when I realized I wanted to own my own business and the thoughts 💭💭and ideas that popped up where endless. 💲🤝📊🏢
