self help
Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
Another Night
I wouldn’t have called the shift in my gait climbing the stairs ‘staggering’ at this point. Not yet. It was still more like a saunter; the fluid movement only daring to slip from my control ever so slightly and still stemming primarily from my hips.

People with these ideas can easily get frustrated, please don’t do this
Self-denial The first mode of thinking is called self-denial. Depressed people are good at denying their own positive emotions and positive behaviors; on the contrary, they are particularly "tolerant" to their negative emotions and negative behaviors.

Why is it so hard to say no
Do you have a hard time saying No to people? Do you agree to things and then find yourself resenting the fact that you did? If so...let me just say you are not alone. Is this a good habit though? Saying yes to things or agreeing to things when you really want to say no? You already know the answer – it is not healthy at all, but still we do it all the time. We place the satisfaction of others in front of our own. I don’t know how many sleepless nights I have been through where I keep arguing with myself over the fact that I have a hard time saying no to people, just to keep the peace or as to not start arguments. I have come to the conclusion that it is time to stop; sometimes we just have to put ourselves first.

There Is No Shame In Falling... The Shame Is In Staying There
This advice has helped me through some very dark days. After I lost my mother, my family, and the man I was to marry, I seemed to spiral in a downward direction and encountered many losses in my life both personally and financially. I kept hearing these words as I fell and tried to pull myself out of the pit I felt trapped in.

Why I Say YES to Everyone in September?
“Yes! Why not? Sounds good. Let’s do it!” There are so many ways to say YES in English or any language. There are many articles and websites teaching people how to “Say No.” But for me, I need the opposite. I say No more often than saying yes no matter what situation it is.

Keep calm and conquer panic
Ah man, I’m running late for work because I dripped toothpaste on my shirt and had to change, I left my wallet in my other jacket and now it’s raining and my umbrella is … well, who knows where umbrellas go? This is a pretty regular Monday morning for a lot of us.

To be successful in your manifestations, you need to truly believe in them.

Do We Learn From the Past?
"Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forwards." Throughout your life, your past has been guiding to avoid certain situations and embrace others. It is so much you have accomplished all because of the positive and negative experiences you have had. It can safely be said that all that you have experienced in the past has molded you to who you are today and who you will become in the future.

I Am The Catalyst
Most people do not ever attempt to delve past the material world which is the physical world we see and interact with everyday. Due to this, many people deprive themselves of the luxury that comes with realizing that the physical aspect of the world is not even half of what this world has to offer nor is it half of all there is to experience. As children we were more familiar with this other aspect of the world. We were more comfortable with believing something existed without having to see it. Our imagination was one of our greatest tools and I'm here to stress the fact that it still is.

Organisation for the whole year
I've always liked the idea of being organised I've just never been very good at it. No amount of diaries, calendars or apps could keep me in check more than a few weeks, by which point I ultimately had no idea what was going on. I'm a pretty forgetful person and I get very easily distracted which isn't very conducive to getting things done!
