self help
Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
Can you be too self-aware?
Checklist: 1. Do you take on responsibilities too much? - You feel the need to be responsible, even for others because you thought that you can actually achieve something from it. There were times you blame people for their incompetence or lack in skills that you assumed you are good at, reasoning that you deserve the recognition of being better than others. It almost became an "easier" way to push the blame onto others.

BREAKING HABITS
Habits can be good or bad depending on the outcome of these habits. The difficult part about breaking habits is not knowing that you are doing these habits. Like waking up every morning but cannot fully function unless you drink your coffee to start your day. An unnoticeable habit after a while starts to become a part of us and our life. Noticing something as easy as this can become a start to finding out your habit, Creating a new one and Ensuring Consistency.

LOVE YOURSELF.
If i asked you to name some of the things you love how long would it take before you named yourself? 'Love yourself', you have probably heard that a million times....Easier said than done right? Truth is as much as we really think we love ourselves, its the most difficult thing to ever do. Accepting who you are, your features, your body, your color, your language and everything else there is about you isn't as easy as we think or are told.

The Past What does it mean to have self-compassion? It is to smile at oneself. It is being supportive, kind, and caring, honoring and respecting my needs, and holding myself in a safe and loving space. It creates ease in living.

Be fearless and confident while taking important decisions of life. It’s been 6 months since I started working on an important 5-year goal #A. It was super clear to me. It was so important that without this I can’t achieve other bigger goal #B of my life. I was very excited to achieve ‘A’. I was moving at a good speed, working very hard, and focused on my core skills to acquire it.
