Final Is Not Final
In 2013, I was faced with a bit of a personal dilemma. I had just started training for my first full-time job when it was announced that Maximilian of Yo video games would be the MC for the Xbox One Launch and subsequent Killer Instinct tournament in Seattle. Was I to tend to my training and pursue a career or take a risk and chase my passion? I ended up making the rational choice: Staying rather than miss training. I grew to hate it and ended up being asked to leave, but the training was invaluable.

Keep Your Chin Up
Take a sip of some fruity tea, breath in the fresh air, and allow your gratefulness to sift in and out. If you look where you came from and see how far you have come. Give yourself a pat on the back. You are amazing and anybody would be lucky to spend time with you. When we come from what I came from living month to month is awesome. We may not have as much money as the most successful but we have enough.

The Rabbit Hole of Perfection

In the 1970s, people were promised a life of leisure and freedom at 55, if they worked hard for 35 years with the same employer. In the 90s the myth of perpetual prosperity abounded. One of the great lies of the 21st century is that we should continuously strive for perfection. Be the best you can be.

Finding My Path
This is my logo. This signed my fate and sealed the deal of my future. I should be excited and thrilled. I should be overjoyed, I’m 23 and starting my own business. Yet, I’m not. Instead, doubt fills my head and I’m constantly thinking if I'll succeed. Fear makes me question the one thing that I’ve dreamed of for a year. Am I good enough? Am I smart enough? Am I witty, clever, bold and interesting enough? Why would anyone buy from me? What makes me special? All these questions I can’t answer. All these questions I wish I could answer. I wish I could erase the doubt that I feel. I wish I knew that this was path that won’t change. But I don’t. I don’t know if it will. I don’t know if I will make it.

I remember it as though it all happened a day ago. I was in 12th grade and I chose not to apply to as many colleges/universities as I should have. Instead, I concluded that one application was enough. Amusingly, that one decision was enough to book me an appointment with you at this very moment, so hello friend, my name is Ntokozo and I’m from South Africa. This is my story and I hope that you take away the value of presence when you make decisions when you’re done reading it. You won’t always feel sure or certain, but do with all that is within you to prepare as best as you can and leave the rest to life. Novel Motivation
If you are a new writer hoping to make a career, there’s no doubt that the Romance genre is your best chance to make money with your novels. It’s relatively easy to self-publish your work these days, but sales are often poor, and it’s difficult to persuade bookstores to stock your novel. To achieve good sales, you really need to get your book published by a large, mainstream publisher—and they are so inundated with manuscripts, they won’t even look at anything sent direct to them by a writer. They will only deal with agents—and it’s very hard for a new, unpublished writer to find an agent. So effectively, the doors of most publishers are closed to most newbie writers.

My Nighttime Routine for Success
There are certain things and chores I do each day that create a space for success to build. These routines, if not done, can sometimes lead to a morning filled with exhaustion and chaos. While they have changed throughout the years, they are a part of me now.
