Comprehensive Tips for Coping with Annoyance Guide

Circumvents Annoyance, Anger and Frustration when applied.

Feeling irritable and easily annoyed?

Peeved when through anger, irksome skateboards or phones get destroyed

In the wake of an emotional tag team?

They’re liable to make you scream!

*

Stop! Breathe! Think!

Teetering on the brink?

Feeling famished?

Energy vanished?

Slow as a sloth, dull and dreary

Take a break — a cat nap — so you’re not as weary.

*

Still can’t shake Annoyance’s tenacious grip?

Head’s aching, nose starting to drip?

Tuck into a bowl of steaming chicken soup

It’s reasonable, Annoyance threw you into a loop.

Park that grit and determination to learn a new trick

Before you lose your temper, ever so quick!

*

Pack up! Walk away!

Conquer the challenge, another day.

Trouble dealing with purveyors of gloom and doom?

Sweep the whingers and whiners right out of the room.

Vexed by constant interruptions and distractions

Unreliable friends and their frustrating interactions?

*

Take a deep breath, one more, then another

Buy yourself a moment to recover.

Don’t lose your cool

You’re not a fool

Keep pesky Annoyance on a short leash

Remember
count to fifty ten, take some deep breaths and feel Peace increase.

So that’s what we need - some chicken soup, a nap, deep breaths and counting to ten. 🔟 I will try LOL. Great job and you did this so well, hitting all the point of annoyance and helping us out.

  • A cat nap? No. I need to hibernate like a bear, lol. Loved your take on the challenge!
