It is turning out to be an interesting year. I was in the middle of teaching a class when a pop-up appeared on the screen announcing the death of Mr. Robert Seldon Duvall (yes, that was his full name). I was in the middle of a discussion on the obsession we have with winning when it comes to sports (the Winter Olympics was a theme), and I felt as though things were coming full circle. I have AFIB and had to quit my dive into decaffeinated coffee and dark chocolate or the decaf latte. I started with one small one at home, which turned into a tall and soon it was two talls. I quit when it was three and I went through caffeine withdrawals for a good week. I fall into the alcoholic category for sure—obsessive and compulsive. Then I gave up sugar, so... probably none of those drinks will be on my list. It's a good thing I have a family that gets along for the most part and doesn't drink around me! 😉🥰

This was fun! I grinned the whole time. It's funny, I'm 4th Generation Irish, born on New Years Eve and don't drink much at all. I would like to be the "Bruh Beer" (preferably HARP by Guinness) but would most likely be the "Keep Calm Carry On Coke".. LOL! 😁
