Unwanted and unnecessary
But I was important to know
Before, though, not contemporary
.
Over-evolved exposition
Is now an info-dump
One too sweet a preposition
Is now a sickly sweet lump
.
Yet one word comes to mind
That the new sensibility demands
To satisfy the new ways in kind
Tho' a word I cannot withstand
.
