Dear Flying Creatures

I asked you nicely.

This county that we live in restricts

the amount of our pets to 3

I've no idea the number of pest

that there can be.

I've asked you to leave politely,

I've guided you to the door.

My gestures you did ignore.

The cats have been no help in this matter

I watch irritated as they snore

Therefore, I found a new way to make you scatter,

My way to solve this matter.

Those of you who hung tightly

to my window screen

Where enclosed in that place

as the window did come down

simply to encase.

Pests in my house are never welcome

But those who insist to breach the threshold

A very sad ending is about to unfold.

There you sat on my bathtub as if to have a party

When suddenly a fog of Deep Woods Off broke

up your hearty laugh.

I closed to the bathroom door leaving you to your

imminent fate.

But remember, you did this to yourself.

I asked once even twice but I shall never ask Thrice!

I promise you a proper burial.

I will keep moments of silence as you are sucked

into the vacuum

Next time I ask politely `

You should probably do as I say,

because if you won't just remember

The bay is

just one flush away.

About the Creator

Teresa Wegrzyn

Hello,

This is my second act in life. I've always to give writing a try. My fourth grade teacher once told me that my stories always made her feel something. I really didn't understand that being so young but I get it now.
