My silent heart, so still and calm,
Beating softly like a soothing balm.
In solitude it rests at ease,
Content to hear the rustling leaves.
It speaks in whispers, not in shouts,
Its voice as gentle as the clouds.
It keeps its secrets close and dear,
Never seeking to reveal or share.
Yet in its silence there's a power,
A strength that grows with every hour.
For though it may not make a sound,
Its presence echoes all around.
My silent heart, my constant guide,
In you I trust and safely hide.
With you I find my peace and rest,
And know that I am truly blessed.
The silent heart is a powerful force within us. Although it may not speak loudly, it guides us with its gentle whispers and helps us find peace and rest. It keeps our secrets safe and dear, and its presence echoes all around us. Despite its quiet nature, the silent heart is a source of strength and a constant guide that we can always trust.
May we all learn to listen to its soft whispers and follow its guidance as we journey through life.

Lately, I'm empty
Lately, I feel an emptiness inside of me that doesn’t make any sense. I was fine a week ago and now I’m numb to the pain that I’ve been carrying around. Numb to the idea of me existing. I wish I could go to a place where I can hear happy positive thoughts and surround myself with joy. The medication I’m on doesn’t seem to work anymore. I still feel pain from existing, why am I here anyways? Merely to exist. I don’t feel like I’m making any differences being here.
