Portrait in Clear Silence

A smile with a woman's name

By Geisha FpPublished about 8 hours ago 1 min read

She names herself without speaking,

wearing a blouse that seems woven from sighs,

where each lace is a verse

that her eyes silence but her soul recites.

She inhabits stillness with elegance,

as if time made room for her

to breathe slowly—

she, who does not intrude: she caresses.

The background murmurs lines and colors

that dialogue with her serene gesture,

as if she were part of a living work

where the canvas chose to remain still

so as not to interrupt her presence.G...

does not pose, she inhabits.

And even without speaking,

it says more than a thousand hurried voices.
