The sound of waves are always so blissful. Loved your Haiku, especially the ocean heartbeat!
Beautiful imagery, Raymond, in both words and pictures.
Beautiful, thanks for sharing your experience when you are visiting the shoreline 😊
Ocean Heartbeat is such a great line and perfect visual. Best of luck, Ray!
What a haiku for now I want to go to a beach and watch the ocean. Great job.
❤️❤️ Raymond, this Haiku is exquisite. I was struck by the Assonance in the first line; the way the long vowels in "Shoreline" and "day" frame the tight, clipped sound of "windless" made the moment feel frozen in time.
