Sure, I’ll Fix Everything (But First, Let Me Cry in the Bathroom)

Oh, absolutely, it’s fine

Let me carry the world on this spine.

Need emotional support? A last-minute plan?

Just toss it to me, I’m that kind of fan.

I’ll reply at 2am with a thoughtful essay,

Then wake up at 6 to save the day.

I’m the unpaid therapist, snack provider,

Human Google, and secret pain hider.

No, really, I insist

Please ignore the twitch in my eye and clenched fist.

I love being the dependable one,

It’s not like I’m slowly coming undone.

Need someone to cancel their dreams for yours?

Lucky you, I’m here—opening doors!

Ignore the quiet sobbing behind that wall,

It’s just me, thriving. That’s all.

But wait—plot twist! Here comes the end,

Where I decide I don’t have to bend.

Turns out, I’m human (wild, I know),

And I deserve peace, like… WHOA.

So now I say no—with flair and sass.

I skip your drama and protect my a**.

I light a candle, ignore your texts,

Let my boundaries do the rest.

Call it selfish? Sure, that’s cute.

I call it surviving in a glitter tracksuit.

Because if loving me means letting some people down,

Then hand me the crown

Under the sarcasm, here’s the truth I see:

I was never broken. I just forgot to choose me.
