Gratitude
The Gift
The Magic 9 is a newer form and relatively unknown. The creator could not be found, though it appears to have been inspired by a poet misspelling the word "abracadabra." This 9-line poem doesn't have any rules as far as meter or subject matter--just a rhyme scheme: abacadaba. That's right! Just remove the r's from "abracadabra," and boom! A new poetic form; and after writing my first Magic 9, I can report that they're fun to write. Writer's Digest, Robert Lee Brewer

This Wonderful Group Of Folk
Introduction A couple of weeks ago (December 15th)I came across this wonderful folk group and thought I would share one of my folk playlists with the members. The article I shared contained American and British music and this was pointed out by Ken Joes in a friendly and constructive way, which gave me an idea for a series which I thought might catch a few people's attention. The first one which you can read here resulted in a lot of discussion, disagreements and agreements, suggestions and more.
