heartbreak
They can break your heart, but they can't break your soul; poetry about lost love that comforts and uplifts.
Dead Space
I reach out my hands, desperately clawing at the air in between separated cities, trying to grab a hold of the iron string holding us together. Maybe if I can feel it, touch it, it will feel like you. Maybe I could pull it until you crashed into me. Maybe I’ll have something to hold that reminds me you’re still here.

Rage
I haven’t written anything in a while, but this demanded to be written now. Too many women are suffering at the hands of narcissist men. The abuse can go on for years, destroying souls, and empaths can be transformed into narcissists. I have felt so much anger today, reading about this, and seeing it in my own life. So this poem is different from my usually soft, romantic, inspirational words.
