love poems
Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.
Hurt by Love
Hold me till the tears have dried on my cheek.Till I silence the scream in my soul.Hold me and don't let me speak.I don't want to lose my control.Let your arms surround my body, Let them take my pain away. You were nowhere, yet, I have found you.You became the person that stayed.Tell me what you see in this broken One, And what makes you not wanting to leave.I will listen to you like you're holding a firearm, And behave like you're holding my heart on a sleeve. And I promise when the tables reverse, I won't run. I won't leave you behind. You're a door that I don't have to close,I'm in love and it makes me so blind.

Who's Out There for Me
Who's out there for me, a king with no queen, at the point of not caring for ethnicity, just someone to lay by my side, a true ride or die, humble to the core, so many closed doors of opportunity pass me, so every night I'm left with lonely thoughts, these soulmate battles that constantly get fought, back and forth my conscious falls off my shoulder because of a love drought, scared of my loving turning to rot, if only I found her, life would be easy, who's out there for me.
