Unbroken Bloom

A Poem of Rekindled Strength

By Catherine NgendoPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

Lost and broken, I once did roam,

A faded echo, a forgotten home.

But from the ashes, a fire did spark,

A will to rise, a brand new start.

The whispers of doubt, I cast aside,

Embraced the strength I held inside.

The path ahead, no longer unclear,

With lessons learned, I conquer fear.

This better me, a work in progress,

A tapestry woven, no longer distressed.

The scars remain, a map of the fight,

But they guide my way, with newfound light.

I rise above, a phoenix reborn,

Stronger and wiser, with a heart untorn.

My voice will echo, loud and true,

The best version of me, shining through.
