John wick chapter 3
R GREENLANDGREENLANDTO *The film starts as John Wick (Keanu Reeves) and his still-unnamed pitbull run through the streets of New York City. He has less than an hour left until he is officially declared excommunicado and has no hitman services rendered to him, along with the $14 million bounty on his head going into effect. He gets into a cab and leaves the dog to be taken to The Continental to be left in the care of Charon (Lance Reddick) by giving the cabbie a token. John proceeds to the New York Public Library. After being directed by the librarian, he finds a book containing hidden marker coins and a crucifix necklace. A lone hitman, Ernest (Boban Marjanovic), comes in and tries to kill John, leading to them knocking each other around the bookshelves before John gets a heavy book and uses it to beat Ernest, dislocate his jaw, and finally snap his neck with it.

What Is Alternative and Holistic Health Service
Alternative and holistic health practices are approaches to healthcare that go beyond conventional Western medicine, which focuses on treating symptoms with drugs and surgery. Instead, alternative and holistic health practices aim to treat the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - and to promote overall health and wellness. These practices have been around for centuries, and they include a wide range of techniques and therapies that aim to promote healing, prevent illness, and enhance well-being.

Alex and Maggie
Alex sits on the bench outside of the shark tank window with her head in her hands. She is overly familiar with this spot. This has become her place to come after school, to read, or to study. She would much rather be at the aquarium than in her own home nowadays. It is hard to determine who subjects more abuse her way; her mom or her stepdad. Either way, she doesn't want to hear it today. She tries not to believe it. But it is hard not to believe it when that is all she hears and sees from the moment she hits the front door. So, in order to avoid negativity at all costs, she has found her happy place. Right on the bench outside of the shark tank window.

My Thoughts about 'Geek Girls Don't Cry'- part one
Can I say this out loud? Wow! This book is incredible! Incredibly well-done! Great for all ages of girls & women. I got a copy of this book before my 31st birthday. Back in the Holidays of 2018, I saw some updates about that new book that Marisha Ray & Andrea Towers are doing something about how to be a strong & an amazing role model in real life just like the pop culture heroines. I’m like Marisha, I had been through so many gender stigmas about games & superheroes. I grew up with all kinds of outstanding things including NES (Nintendo Entertainment System), Power Rangers, X men, etc. I would like to share how I overcame my fears, trauma, isolation, grief, and adversity after I read each chapter from Geek Girls Don’t Cry. Ready? Here we go!
