The spectrum of Mental Health disorders is incredibly vast; we showcase the multitude of conditions that affect mood, thinking and behavior.
Understanding All or Nothing Thinking
There are times in everyone’s life where it seems like nothing is going their way. Their favorite football team keeps losing, they don't like the way their hair looks, or their local McDonald's seems to never have a working ice cream machine. It's times like these that people may start thinking in extremes. "The Jets will never make the playoffs" or "My hair always looks so greasy."

Particularly sensitive Riikka has suffered from an eating disorder, addiction and depression: “I think everyone who is severely depressed has suicidal thoughts because their existence is so painful then”
As a child, Riikka Rintasalo was supposed to be a girl of ten. It brought him an eating disorder and three major depressive episodes. During each period of her depression, Riikka has been convinced that other people would be better off without her. "A sore mind can't see any further."

Unstable Energy and Trust
We had the oddest interaction with a would-be filmmaker the other night. This “former addict” who claims to be six years clean, was, I am told, decidedly not clean when he approached a certain publicist just three years ago and told us on THIS call he’d just “had a Xanax” so he’s calm, anxiety in check. Um. That’s the drug he’s claiming to be clean from.

Behaviorism or Behavioral psychology
Behaviorism is a theory that says that when you react to a behavior, even if it is not directly related to your own self, you are still in some way psychologically influenced by it. For example (and this is very different from the Pavlov theory), say your best friend and your worst enemy are both going to the same restaurant. You like your best friend, but you hate your worst enemy. You see them both, and you say "I think I'm going to go, too." And so you do. You went because your best friend did. You were psychologically influenced by your best friend's behavior, even though your best friend's action had nothing to do with you.

How do drugs affect your body?
Drugs and Medication Various medications diversely affect the body and the impacts related to the medication can change from one individual to another. What a medication means for an individual relies upon many variables, including body type, well-being status, the amount and strength of the medication, and whether different medications are available in the body simultaneously. It is critical to recall that illegal medications are not controlled substances and that various clumps of medications might differ in quality and strength. Over here at the best addiction treatment center in Murree, we have a dedicated team of doctors working on diseases related to drugs.

A Plurality Of The Mind
Author's note: I was challenged by one of my partners to write a haiku based on my dissociative identity disorder, more precisely provide a summarized description of my alters, or multiple personalities, and how we interact together. While I have taken the time to know the six closest ones to me, and they have also appeared to do the same homework, this exercise made me (us?) realize it is at times much harder than anticipated to describe one of those entities in only a few words. Some other entities are not entirely brought up, as I do not know enough about them to justify me writing on them. Some of those are also unwanted by our system. In order of appearance are: myself, Dart, Lex, Sophia, Ryan, enix, Rubiss. We are as diverse as we can be, of various genders and identities. We each have different skills, different strenghts and weaknesses.

Is It Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Or Is It Autism?
FASD does not have to happen if all women, with the support of the father, are avoiding alcohol when pregnant or planning to become pregnant. There is no safe time during pregnancy to drink and there is no safe amount to drink during pregnancy. This has been known by experts in this country since around 1973.
