Trying To Talk To Someone
Today, I was going to submit another story. On second thought, Why can’t I submit two articles on the same day on Medium? There are no rules that say you must submit one article. It is not the best practice, and you can still do what is called “Batch” or “Stack” writing. It is when you prepare a bunch of articles for publishing, and then you set a schedule, a timetable on when you will publish them. I have seen a lot of articles on the method, which I will be doing in 2023 for all three platforms (Medium, Hubpages, and Vocal Media).

Failure by Design
Every time he heard those sounds in the back of his head, only reminded him he wasn't yet dead. They say loser, they say wimp, they say everything that brings him closer to his own death. If he didn't ask for it then why do they pressure him on. On to the next level of insanity, the next level to never face anyone again.

Fear of Losing
It's terrible to lose. Losing a cherished toy when you're young is absolutely upsetting. Losing a close friend might alter the path of your life as a teenager. Losing a trusted partner is painful when you're young. Losses during infancy, youth, and adulthood can cause anxiety to become stronger with age and eventually turn into pure horror of losing someone you care about. Although this fear is unhealthy, it frequently results in actions such as violence, control, and manipulation that are not appropriate in a loving, caring relationship. How then do you get over your fear of losing a loved one?

Anger is not a solution
Humans are born with the impulse and emotion of anger. Anger is a natural response to emotional or physical harm. Everything is OK and even beneficial as long as the rage is under control. However, it can become a serious issue if rage spirals out of control. Then you'll need to learn how to control your anger, and frequent meditation practise can help.

Meditation – The Right Way and The Wrong Way
It is fascinating to observe how the world is going and how people think, but it is also sad because there is so much self-created human misery. As my understanding of how the ego operates in our mind becomes more apparent, my perception of reality becomes sharper. When comparing ancient civilizations with our present ones, I see no progress in understanding our minds. They created an escapist world then, and we are doing the same thing by following them now with a bigger and better one with our advanced technology. Thus, as we become more out of touch with reality, one does not have to be a prophet to predict mental illness increasing in societies worldwide.
