Why I Voted for Drumpf and Now Demand Impeachment
“It was the spring of hope; it was the winter of despair”—Dickens, 1859. As I sit watching this joke of a “First Public Hearing In Impeachment Inquiry,” I can't help but recollect that this is “the greater [evil that I voted for], just to see the hell it bring[s]”—No Malice’s vicious 2017 single “So Woke.”

Trump making monuments a cause
President Donald J. Trump has been silent about the death of George Floyd and other black and brown victims who have died at the hands of police in the United States. Instead, he has doubled down on “law and order” threatening to send the U.S. military to end the protests. His latest cause raises questions about the heart and mind of the current president. His new cause is the preservation of monuments honoring men who committed treason against the United States and who slaughtered Native Americans in order to steal their land.

Trump’s Tulsa Oklahoma Campaign Rally: What went wrong?
According to many published reports, the President was angry at the first campaign show in Tulsa with a sea of empty seats at the Tulsa arena, the venue for Trump’s first campaign rally in the era of Coronavirus. The brunt of Trump’s anger understandably was directed at his campaign manager Brad Parscale. From all accounts the arena was half-empty the original plan was to carry over the overfill crowd to an outside stage when the arena was full to capacity. That plan was scrapped.

In response to all your emails, Don.
Dear Donald, I have been receiving your very personal campaign emails for several months now. I don’t know how you got my email address, I certainly never asked to be a part of this, and yet you constantly refer to me as a “loyal supporter,” a “true patriot,” and “with you from the beginning.” Recently your team sent me one asking if my email address is working since you haven’t heard back from me. So I wanted to assure you I’ve been receiving your emails and I’ve been paying attention. When I also began receiving emails from several members of your family with subject lines such as “My father is asking about you,” “Sign my father’s birthday card,” and “My father needs you,” I started to feel pretty special. I especially enjoyed the anecdote about when you and your son were chatting and you asked him how the signed photo sweepstakes was going. He had to tell you that I STILL hadn’t entered and according to him, you couldn’t believe it! Sorry I let you down. I felt pretty guilty again when I read an email in which you said you’d be checking the Presidential Donor List right before you went on stage later that night and you’d be disappointed not to see my name on it. I imagine how brave you were holding back the tears in front of the whole world after desperately searching the list for my name. I had no idea I meant so much to you, Don.

Trump vs Twitter
This week Twitter made the move to start labelling misleading or “fake news” tweets with a disclaimer. And their first citation went to a tweet by non other than President Trump which read “There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent. Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people…. And that “this will be a rigged election”

Trump Against Absentee Ballots, U.S. Must Push for Mail-In Voting.
Absentee ballots, or mail-in voting, is a hot button issue for Donald Trump. He is an opponent of it, but according to Pew Research Center, 70% of Americans support the choice to mail-in votes. President Trump has made inaccurate claims in regards to mail-in voting. Mail-in voting gives Americans the chance to vote freely and safely during the pandemic.

Adolescent Arrest Syndrome Rears Its Little Head
As the days get longer and the times tougher it has become apparent that Donald Trump is sinking faster and faster into the swamp. His ignorance and selfishness have become more and more glaring, indisputable. To correct this daft, puerile behavior is difficult. We all experienced similar situations in dealing with our children when they were going through those difficult years between the ages of six and eleven.
