There is no one-size-fits-all solution to productivity and work-life balance
The shift from a traditional 9-to-5 workday to extended schedules, along with the broader principles underlying modern work practices, demands a thorough examination through the perspectives of history, productivity, and the evolving expectations of the workforce. This analysis seeks to uncover the origins of our current work paradigm, assess its effectiveness, and consider the implications for both employers and employees.

Clouds and Dirty Feet
For Hannah's Challenge (link at the end). Watching wildlife and birds is relaxing for me. I like to sit and watch birds and butterflies when it isn't overly hot or windy outside. I examine the blooms of flowers and see how the leaves on bushes and trees float and bend in the breeze, sometimes showing their underside of a different color.

Things you should be proud of
The journey we stride upon pivots around the focal point of believing in ourselves. We do not need to know everything and have it all figured out. The only thing that we need is the belief that no matter what life throws our way, we will be able to handle it with grace, courage and confidence. For the ones who have recently entered their adulthood, we live in the paradigms of uncertainty, societal pressure, of not knowing what we want out of what we have. The voices of self-doubt and anxiety loom over us, telling us we are not enough. But I hope you remind yourself that you are worthy of your wildest passions and truest desires. Everything that you yearn for will seek you when the time is right.

To my friend, soulmate and prince Chandler
To my friend, soulmate and prince Chandler Dear Matthew Perry, Life is a whirlwind of highs and lows, of tracing the memories that our existence forged in. It is a ride that plonks us into the most undesirable and unlikely of events that make us into who we are today. To be or not to be the ones we are, we are always left with the question of how happy we are with what we have and what we can be at the blink of the midnight when we lie drawing unfiltered conversations with our thoughts. Those are the nuances that belie our true selves, telling us about our honest and deepest desires, our most darkest and hostile parts. As we grow up, all we want is peace, a set of people whom we can call our own and a life filled with passion and hard work. Life is merrier when you have people who make you laugh and who stand by you by even seeing the worst in you.

The Beauty of Contrast
I cannot fathom the reason why. Why is beauty synchronised with the exterior of a being? The plasticity of existence is its lustred surface that glows with a false sense of pride. We are all fragmented pieces of stars disseminating our light into the world that crashes the very essence of stability in our life. We have to pay a hefty price for living in this world, for every smile we wear we have to sacrifice a moment to enjoy another. Validating your own experiences is an integral part of healing. When you embrace every event of your life and liberate yourself from your past. Thatβs when the magic starts.
