THE TALE OF LATE KALE AND KHAIRE
A beautiful word and bond known as friendship is amazing in its own way. All living beings have friends, and even non-living beings have their own friends. It’s surprising as well as confusing to know that non-living beings also have their own friends. But, is this even possible in a realistic world? But we have never realised the real meaning of friendship. Looking simply into it, a friend is the one who will be there to support us on every step of our lives until we reach the peak of success. The only difference between a friendship bond between a living being and a non-living being is that living beings can choose their friend, but non-living beings can’t choose their friend. We living beings are the ones who fix the friend for every non-living being. For instance, “A person who keeps his bag near the window will always put his bag there.” Making it simple, we can say that we love putting things in the same place, and we don’t want to change the place of a particular thing. We can even consider our kitchen cabinets: we open the cabinets, take out the sugar pot, and keep them back in the same place all the time. We can’t see it, but the strong bond between that place and the sugar bowl already exists. We never try to notice it because we believe in physical emotions and feelings. It’s human nature to think of ourselves first. The emotions and the feelings are unpredictable and uncontrollable. They vary from one person to another and from one species to another. As all living beings have emotions, they are able to make friends of their own choice considering the nature and vibes of another person. We human beings don’t even like to talk or smile at the one whom we hate or dislike from the heart. Even humans don’t live in harmony from their hearts; how can we see other species living in harmony? But I might have been blessed to be able to observe the friendship between two street dogs for my entire life. Let me share the story about their friendship bond, introducing Khaire and Late Kale.
