"The Best Man: The Final Chapters": One For the Books
I have been a big fan of The Best Man film series since the first film in the series was released back in 1999. I saw the first two films in the series in theaters when they first came out and this series has been one of my favorites ever since.

Reset your password… Those are the first words Matthew saw when he tried to login in to his profile on the dating website known as Date Slate. “Um, why is it asking me to change my password?” he thought to himself. “I’ve been using this app for a year and haven’t had a problem yet. Oh well, gotta do what I gotta do, Paris is waitin’. After thinking about it for a minute Matthew finally came up with a name he thought was suitable: B0n7our95. He put the password in and was and granted access to his dating profile. When the profile came up on the screen of his laptop he saw he had a message from a young woman named Paris Moore. “Can’t wait to finally meet you in person.” the message read. “Can’t wait to meet you too.” Matthew responded. I’ll see you in 30 mins, gonna get ready.”

Heart of the Field
on January 2, 2023, New York’s Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati, Ohio Bengals faced off against each other during Monday night Football. After completing a tackle, Buffalo Bills safety, Damar Hamlin suddenly collapsed in the middle of the football field. Thousands in attendance of the game and millions watching on television were horrified at the sight of Hamlin falling to the earth with emergency services converging on the scene. This moment stopped the world in its tracks. It was so heart wrenching for sports fans who were crazy about the great game they were anticipating that night. Watching sports is one of the most joyous occasions of the human spirit and to see that joy interrupted with heartache brought the country to its knees, quite literally.

Lifelines
Suicide. It’s one of the most sensitive subjects of reality to talk about in mixed company. One of the most difficult aspects of it is how we regard people with suicidal thoughts. Suicide is very traumatic, perhaps more for the living than the dead. I think the only way to truly fight suicide is a better sense of understanding and empathy towards the suicidal.

Vocalized
One evening in the beginning of the year the girlfriend of one of my family members sparked up a conversation about her interest in publishing children stories for Amazon.com while we were attending bible study. She mentioned how she could potentially earn money doing so and while I was listening to her a lightbulb went off in my head. I thought to myself maybe I should look into this by seeing if Amazon or perhaps another website might possibly publish my writing. After doing some web surfing I came across a website named Vocal.com. After registering for the site and building a profile I officially became a member of Vocal.com and it was here that I finally started putting my passion for writing into motion and the written works I would create would meet the eyes of many in ways I never imagined.
