Three Seeds To Kickstart Your Health
There are three seeds that top my list of “go-to” for their numerous benefits. So, who are the winners? They would be psyllium, chia and flax seeds. As people keep looking for ways to add more nutrition to their meals, these seeds have gained in popularity. Part of this is due to the fact that psyllium, chia and flax seeds are easy to add to your diet. Many people use them as a supplement in place of over-the-counter remedies and a way to add fiber and protein. A little goes a long way with these natural gems.

The Absolute Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
If you are anything like me, you delight in finding the absolute best recipe for your favorite foods and treats. I love chocolate chip cookies. And I don’t even determine the best based on if it is soft, hard or chewy. My palate just goes for good.

Rinthybal. Runner-Up in Christopher Paolini's Fantasy Fiction Challenge.
Departure: The Children Serpentine waves wafted up saline sprays as their liquid hands clapped the sides of the venerable Soporta. Each slap threatened to shred the patinaed boards down to toothpicks. The sea-legless children sauntered left, up, right, down in an exhausting whirl.

Interstellar Communicator
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Almost 400 years P.P.S. proved this theory wrong. All Binary Sheets and databases required rectification of our ignorance. Thoughts of This will be quick and simple morphed into the content of nightmares. Undoing the disaster of 2006 A.D. is perhaps part of Pluto’s revenge.

Doing It Doggy Style
I’m cheating. But I don’t care. There’s a young lady that is so amazing that I have to spend time with her, even when I’m not getting paid to do it. Her cute face, pretty brindled coat and contagious playful energy make her simply irresistible. That’s why even in my free time, I choose to hang out with this bodacious babe. She attracts a ton of compliments whenever we go out.

The Rest Is Up To You
Bump the burpees. Ditch the diet. Put the resolution to rest. It happens billions of times at the same point of each year. Hoards of humans see one year coming to a close and the start of another year on the horizon. Well meaning individuals spend the last few weeks giving up on the current year with hopes of a better new year ahead. That spells the beginning of the end. Hanging hopes on a “fresh start” or “new you” for the new year sets up a cycle of failure. And not the good failure used to spur success.
