Highly sensitive people often have to end relationships or friendships. Sometimes this happens very quickly, at the beginning of a relationship or even during the first meeting, when they are just getting to know each other. Sometimes it happens after years of relationship and friendship. No matter how devoted they are or how devoted you are as a highly sensitive person, you need to know that if you feel worse and worse, and your body's reaction to the other person's behavior and lifestyle not only does not meet your needs but causes reactions in your nervous system and body that did not occur before this person came into your life. It may even be from a distance, it may be real or platonic, it may be spiritual or not. Most of these symptoms in your body are not due to the situation you find yourself in, and you may think so because you have worked hard on your healing, your body, and your mind, so you may think, “Oh, it's just because of this, or that, or something else, but honestly, if all these symptoms and reactions simply did not occur before this person appeared, there is no longer any reason for further confusion or any reason to continue such a relationship, friendship, or anything else, because it will always cause discomfort, bad emotions at first, and in the long run, it will turn into physical symptoms and illness. I met such people in my life, and it was not easy to eliminate them, because they often suck the energy out of you or catch you in the most healing moments of your life and transformation, and these moments are full of different things, especially if you are healing in environments that never allow you to live in a healthy way, which results in what you are currently struggling with, so never regret having to end a relationship or stop contacting someone, don't even explain yourself because it will only make the situation worse, and as a sensitive person on your path to healing, you will go through many phases with that person, and sometimes you will even miss them or want to reconnect or talk to them, but just practice and read all the answers, if there are any or if there could be any, such normal healthy contact is really possible, you wouldn't be lying in bed now or struggling with the process of healing or analyzing all this, because with good, healthy communication everything is easier, everything is clear, everything is more enjoyable, life becomes lighter and brighter only when people are very blocking, very dismissive, rejecting, harmful, negative, bad things appear, and your life turns into misery, no matter how much help you provide, they will always have too little and find an excuse to humiliate you, so don't regret leaving, running away if you can, to break away from it all forever, if you can. Yes, it will be very difficult at first, and you will feel even worse, but you will heal from these toxic behaviors and create a new order in your mind, body, and brain. You will notice that life becomes more enjoyable, not always, but you will learn how to restore your light day after day, and you will even notice the changes and happiness that you lost due to the enormous amount of such blockages and obstacles.
