Chasing Wonder
When I was young, my mother would pull us out of bed, 2 AM sometimes, in the chilly darkness. She would slip into our room with an excited whisper and gently shake us awake "Come see the moon! It's so beautiful!" We'd race down the stairs and out onto the deck, sometimes stopping for a jacket and boots. We'd stand under the light of the full moon for a moment, listening to my mom talk about why it was so big and full that night.

Musings of a Momma Bear
I texted my 12-year-old daughter this morning, thoughts weighing heavily on my mind regarding recent struggles she's having at school and with her dad: "Promise me no matter how many people don't listen to you when you speak up that you will never stop fighting to be heard, no matter what. What you believe, think, want, and need MATTERS!"

wasted time
If I could go back in time, I would have gone about things a lot differently than I did. I would have not only recognized the red flags, but I would have also taken them as signs to back off from the relationship and set the boundaries right then and there. Looking back on these 16 years, I can clearly see where I had gone wrong and I am afraid that it is too late to start setting the boundaries.

Cover the Germs.
In today's events the news keeps bringing up more and more cases of Coronavirus issues again. Now it might just be me but I am sure as hell tired of wearing a diaper on my dang face for any normal outing. However what bugs me more is seeing all the people just waltzing in without a care. This demonstrates that they do not give a rats bottom to those who might be sick or get sick because they decided it did not match their underwear that day.

Dealing with Mom Guilt as a Work from Home Mom (4 Powerful Tips)
I’d venture to say that most moms struggle with mom guilt every now and then, if not multiple times a week. Mom guilt can be crippling and it can make you doubt yourself sooooo much. (You probably don’t need me to tell you this, though!)

Your Children will Obey you After Changing these simple things
MY STORY Working at a daycare is not an easy task in general, especially when you are the only one supervising. My very first day I was thrown in to a room with 8 kids screaming and running around. The company didn’t train me, because little did I know, they hired me as a filler for a few weeks while their friend was on vacation who really wanted the job. When this friend of theirs got back, they fired me. I then used that experience to get another daycare job at a more established And well known company, Golds Gymn.

The Safest Christmas Getaway in 2020 is a Winter Staycation
Before the coronavirus pandemic forever changed our lives, the arrival of autumn was the season when we all began planning our Christmas holidays. I remember those days when it didn't matter if our loved ones had to cross borders. Before 2020 our health wasn't at risk, and we could all be together and share a lovely Christmas dinner and a fun New Year's Eve party.
