Caffe Nero’s Caramel & Pistachio Frappuccino
I love teas and coffees, both hot and cold and I'm always open-minded to trying out new flavours and drinks whenever they're released. Sometimes I discover something I really love and it becomes an all-time favourite, whilst others make me gag and never want to try them again.

Make Cold Brew at Home. Top Story - August 2018.
I loved Cold Brew before it was cool. I'd been sucking back Cold Brews from May through August long before Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts were slinging them across the counter. If it's over 60 degrees outside you can guarantee I'm carrying a Cold Brew wherever I go! And here’s why you should too:

Lettuce Eat Our Greens
That’s right. Lettuce. Leafy greens. Not just salads either. Green leafy vegetables aren’t just gaining in popularity with the re-discovered backyard gardens or the popularity of container gardening on the patio. We are finding out just how nutritious and vital they really are to our overall health.

Pepsi Loses Major Battle in War Against Coca-Cola
Sometimes ladies and germs, it is more than perfectly acceptable to admit that someone (or in this case, something) is vastly superior to yourself (or in this case, your product). As a life coach, Tony Robbins has a far better track record, larger network plus more books released than me, and never is the amount of times you will catch me denying it. If Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was hitting on one of my beloved ladyfriends, I would be coming hard with a baseball bat or nearest object of destruction, because realistically, in what way (beside ability to make an ass of oneself) do I exceed The Rock? Hopefully in crazy if he ever does take fancy, and he is fond of North Florida trash, but as an intellectual would say, I digress. Another thing often said by intellectuals is repeat any lie enough times and some people are bound to believe it. I am left asking though, why in the name of all that is good would one sacrifice the intellect of your fellow human beings for mere profit when, if one is clever enough, another marketing strategy beyond lies and deceit can be crafted. Have we no desire for adherence to the truth any longer? An example: who amongst the upper echelon of society takes seriously an individual who believes Taco Bell to be the tastiest of all of the Mexican foods? When mentioning a social elite, I don't mean those whose bank accounts have numbers as high as myself on any given day, nay, when I say upper echelon, I refer to those who happen to have an abundance of traits such as grace, dignity, and/or taste.

Meatless Meatballs
Hello my little lovelies! So for my second veggie recipe I wanted to be a little creative and I made meatless meatballs! These guys are perfect for spaghetti and meatballs or if you're throwing a party and you have friends that are vegetarian. These are quick and easy to assemble so you're not doing too much to these guys. And again, all the seasonings will be to your taste, so I'm just going to put the seasonings that I used and then you guys can adjust it to your taste buds.

Dining Out
Dining out is one of the most relaxing and satisfying feelings that everyone experiences at least a few times in their life. Maybe not so satisfying for your wallet depending on where you choose to dine, however still rewarding mentally and physically after a full belly. But for the people taking care of you all day and night it can begin to take a toll if you just can't seem to be a decent human being while enjoying your meal. Whether it's a cashier who is ringing up your order or a server who runs back and forth to cater to your every whim or even the cook who slaves over hot grills and ovens to make you a tasty treat.

Welcome to Torchy's Tacos
"Damn good" read a sign across the restaurant. My very first time eating at Torchy's Tacos was back in 2016; it was a group of friends and I at the Cinco Ranch La Centerra. I had no knowledge of what I was about to eat since at that time I could care less about food, but something changed. I gazed at the menu above the cashier and I saw a lot of combinations of a simple dish, tacos. I asked my friends around me what they recommended and they all told me their favorites. Now each answer was different. From one side you hear, "I love the 'Trailer Park" and from the other side you hear someone say, "Oh, no no try the 'Democrat'.'' I'm between two options, which is always hard when you go try something new because you don't know exactly what you want. It's my turn and I tell the lovely cashier "two Democrats." You might think two isn't enough but at Torchy's one taco is enough.

My Churro Shop
It is rare that you find churros in the United States that aren’t homemade. Churros are also known as the cruller or the Spanish donut. Some restaurants do have churros, like Rubios or Costco. I’m talking about a full-service Spanish-Chilean cuisine sit down restaurant, lactose-free bakery, and a Spanish tapas place. I’m also inclined to offer caffeine free tapioca tea, you know, the Chinese kind with the tapioca balls in it. You have to know where to get churros for now. We’d also have sorbet of a few varieties for dessert. You'd have chocolate dipping sauce with the churros.

Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Benefits & Recipes
Cottage Cheese or Paneer is an all-time favourite ingredient for many popular Indian dishes. While a large number of people consume it as a daily routine, others cook it occasionally for meals at home. Curries made with Paneer are also prominent party dishes in India. But apart from the great taste, what are the benefits Cottage Cheese offers?

3 Dairy Alternatives
Hello my lovelies! This isn't exactly a meal prep recipe but I wanted to write for those like me who are lactose intolerant who love dairy but don't want to eat dairy every time we're craving cheese or ice cream. This is also for those ones who aren't lactose intolerant but don't want to feel bloated all the time after they eat a bowl of ice cream or a thick rich milkshake. When I went vegan for two weeks last year I found some great alternatives to dairy when I was making creamy sauces and stuff like that.
