Ooh, Have You Seen This?
I often find myself endlessly clicking through every imaginable streaming service on my Amazon stick in hopes of finding something amazing to watch, only to come up empty. In the end, I settle for old episodes of Friends, which, by the way, never disappoint.

Time is a Funny Thing...
Time is a funny thing, especially when it comes to movies. I can remember watching Top Gun over and over again as a kid and always siding with Tom Cruise’s character. As I’ve gotten older, I started to see things from Val Kilmer’s character’s perspective. I would start to hear myself say, “Iceman is right! Maverick is being totally irresponsible!!!” That’s one reason I’ve been re-watching movies during the pandemic. Speaking of Tom Cruise and time, if you want to see a sci-fi action version of Groundhog Day, check out Edge of Tomorrow also commonly referred to as Live, Die, Repeat for reasons that will become clear when you watch the movie.

Cater to you
Okay, everyone has heard of the Justice League in one way or another. Either through an array of comic books like myself, or most notably the vast amount of tv shows and movies that have been released in the past few years. But just in case you have not been privy to such information, let me give you the breakdown of the JLA. The JLA( Justice League of America) are a group of superheroes who band together to stop a pending threat, particularly apocalyptic events. The team is made of the man of steel... Superman, the dark knight... Batman, the fastest man alive... The Flash, the cybernetically enhanced Cyborg and the amazonian princess Wonder Woman.

Crazy About Her(2021)- Review
Crazy About Her is a Spanish Netflix Romantic Comedy by director Dani de la Orden. The movie is about Adri (Álvaro Cervantes) a successful writer for an entertainment magazine; and a woman he has a one-night rendezvous with Carla (Susana Abaitua). They classically bump into each other and hit it off instantly. But rather than get things complicated and complex, they decide to have one crazy night out with no strings attached and never to see each other again. Come dawn the perfect arrangement ends and the two go their separate ways. But Adri can't help thinking about her and decides to find her. Sounds like a perfect classic rom-com right; here things start getting interesting. Carla is a patient at a mental hospital. Extremely smitten by Carla, Adri hatches a plan to get into the hospital and get her number. Little did he know Carla has no further interest in him and he is to get stuck in a mental hospital.

The Free Spirit's Foolproof Guide to Picking What to Watch
We are living in the age of automation. Things that were once done, through great effort, by a human hand are now done by machines. The land is tilled by tractors, our clothing manufactured, and for many of us, even our entertainment is chosen by an artificial guide.

From Mad Men to Good Girls
I have never been a picky person. I can eat anything, travel anywhere, and pass time with most people in almost any situation. So it should follow suit that I also have an open mind when it comes to television shows. There are very few genres that I have not explored and enjoyed to the fullest. And every time I finish a show, I crave more. I want to cut back to the feelings I had when the show was at its height. I want to experience the same emotional journey. But how can this be replicated? Watching it over again immediately will never suffice. So I need to find another show that I will enjoy just as much as the show I just completed. This can be a difficult feat. While I have not perfected a method, I have developed an extensive list of recommendable and binge-worthy shows that can be explored within each genre. In this list, I not only go over suggestions based on shows you have watched and enjoyed, but I also go into suggestions based on your possible reasons for enjoying each show.

If You're In A Storm, You Might Need An Umbrella
I read comic books. There I said it. Long before I found graphic novels and manga, I ponied-up the coin for the latest issues of everything from Silver Surfer to The Scarlet Witch. I would come home with stacks of them from the milk crates set out at rummage sales and flea markets.
