The Simple Morning Habit That Helped Me Regain Energy and Focus, without Giving Up Coffee

Let’s face it, most of us run on coffee.

It’s our comfort drink, our productivity booster, our morning ritual. For me, coffee was always the one non-negotiable part of my day. I tried giving it up once and immediately regretted it. My energy crashed. My mood tanked. So I knew if I was ever going to feel better and more energized, coffee had to stay.

But I also knew something wasn’t working.

Despite my daily caffeine fix, I was still feeling tired and sluggish most mornings. I’d get a short energy boost, only to crash a couple of hours later. My focus was scattered, and my metabolism felt like it had gone into hibernation. No matter how much water I drank or how well I slept, I felt like something was off.

That’s when I decided to make a change, but not by giving up coffee. I simply changed what I added to it.
