happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
the conclusion
let's put a scenario in your head: you are to die today. you spend as much time as you possibly can with your loved ones, friends, etc. then you ask for some time to yourself to marinate on the thoughts on your life as a whole. you create a sort of testament for which the points that follow could serve as chapters of your life:

Calm before the storm
Each day I realize more about the changes happening to me. The way I don't get all jittery all the time. I don't have road rage, I sleep pretty good most nights and haven't been sick nearly as much as I used to, despite we are in the middle of a supposed pandemic.

Happiness is a choice
Do we choose to be unhappy; or is there just a time for our emotions to kick in for us to choose a different route? I believe that happiness and faith are similar concepts. You have faith in things you believe to be factual, whether that’s god, science, witchcraft, herbs, medicine and etc. It’s all a choice, just like happiness. The facts are that you have many reasons to be happy whether you find them to be valid at that point in time or not. Sometimes the bad has to outweigh the good so that we can appreciate the smaller things, and give them greater power than the evil that surrounds us. No matter how little the light in the darkest tunnel, there's still a light to guide you to your new beginnings. Please pick your head up and follow it to its source, we are all meant to win, even if that means taking a lost, so tread lightly and enjoy the ride. The present is most certainly a gift even if you can't see it's value its worth much more than the retail price and you deserve to be here wearing a smile just as much as your tears deserve to be recognized.

Fantasy
Looking inside the case, I see a stunning piece of artwork. She's a deep red brown, artfully created in Australia by people that I've worked briefly with. Polished perfectly. Four malleable strings that feel just right under the delicate fingertips with which we play. A lovely red-brown chin rest, feeling so comfortable between my neck and jaw.

Are you very comfortable with your life right now?
Being comfortable can be nice, satisfying, and enjoyable but is it the life you desire. It’s easier not to do anything different, stay stagnate and change requires effort. So challenge yourself to do something different, think from/with a different perspective. Then, notice the new exhilarating quality of your life.

Triad
As a child, I didn’t have too much of a polarizing opinion of body art. There were some pieces that I liked, and some that I didn’t. Like any other little girl though, I had plenty of adults telling me why I shouldn’t get tattoos or extra piercings. I obviously didn’t listen, because those actions marked the beginning, middle, and end of the most pivotal stage in my life.

A letter to happiness
Dear confusing happiness… I hated you for a really long time. You left me just as fast as you came. You were the biggest tease in my life. You proved to make zero sense… until now. So I’m writing you this letter because I want you to understand some things, that I hope everybody else will learn too.

Loud As Thunder
Good morning, evening and night to whoever is reading this right now. I must say, today was a good day. My mood is currently different as I've realized something very good today while out with friends. I made amends with some things that lingered due to my bipolar moments emotionally along with unfortunate occasions previously, personally and externally with others. It was like seeing myself for the first time. At least the new me that I strive to be as well as who I am 100%. It's truly all about narrative, and we control the narrative of things/people in our lives, which I feel I'm getting the hang of. This morning I had actually started off the best morning thus far, happiness within one's self is a REAL thing and feels amazing. Remember in the previous stories, I mentioned recalling the memories (good and bad) that you've felt the most emotion or trauma so that we could allow ourselves to feel it. After that, you realize how much you've gotten through things. It's very humbling I must add, but overall everything becomes much clearer.
