Awareness on Being Happy
Isn’t it a great feeling when unexpected things happen that brighten up your day? The accomplishment of passing a test, getting a promotion, having someone recognize you for your hard work are all things that fill us with pride and strength. There are many milestones in life that keep us going and moving towards what we choose to experience next. Although what happens on the days that you aren’t receiving great news? The days where something happened that left you dissatisfied? Days where you are just settling? Knowing that with all the accomplishments and happy moments there are still those times many people ignore or push away, because experiencing it hurt. There might even be things in this moment that you are avoiding, in order to stay focused or stay strong in creating a better life for yourself. You are doing just that, trying your best to keep fighting and keep coming out on top.

Planning To Design Peak Experiences
During the 1960s, Abraham Maslow devoted considerable research to the concept of peak-experiences. Maslow engaged in a variety of experiences and based his experiments on data from phenomenological reports derived from people of various ages. He became found that ordinary people may undergo genuine experiential peaks in even the most ordinary events and surroundings; such as seeing the beauty of nature, listening to music, or performing routine chores. A peak experience is an event that is memorable, establishes oneself as being present in the moment, exhilarating bliss, or deeply moving, there's also a feeling of transcendence or spiritual connection associated with it. The search for peak experiences is a common human motivation. The majority of people view peak experiences as accomplishments that are vital developments of their identity and guiding feedback for how they live their lives.

Your Total Is...$$$
Nowadays, everything is about money. The dollar sign honestly is a turn off. I’m much more turned on by a sign that says “FREE” in all caps and obnoxiously bold letters. Our entire lives are encompassed by the thought of money and how much something costs. It’s all consuming. Wouldn’t you be more willing to have a night out with the girls (or guys; whatever) if you knew you wouldn’t be spending an insane and unnecessary amount of money? I don’t know about you, but that freaking changes the game for me! Not having to pay for food, my alcohol addiction, Ubers, and extra charges from that one friend vomiting in said Uber. That’s the life I would like to live because when I find myself having to pay for these things, I ask myself, “Is it worth it?”. Is that $11.75 I spent on the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel worth it? Am I benefitting from this decision? My stomach is. Is my soul? Woah that was deep for absolutely no reason, but like y’all get it.

Altruism: it's hip!
It's hip and trendy to be altruistic in today's world of modern western thinking but is it genuine? First off let's define for those that aren't aware, Altruism according to [Google](https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=altruism&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8): disinterested and selfless concern for the well-being of others. "some may choose to work with vulnerable elderly people out of altruism"

Isolation
I isolate myself and most people are fully aware of that. I do not go outside, I work one day a week and make sure I speak to nobody, I go to the supermarket with a family member to make sure nobody asks me a question or approaches me, I do not have friends or a partner and have never been romantically involved with anyone and nor have I ever been away with friends on any occasion. I do not text people, phone people, have friends to talk to, have family members to talk to (mostly because I don't want to talk to them) and I don't leave the house alone at all for any reason. As an introduction, I think this was alright for me setting you up for how much I actually isolate myself and so, if you're reading this then consider yourself lucky - you're getting access that other people have failed to get all their lives. Let's have a bit of background then...

THE OTHER SIDE OF FEAR
For the past three years I lived my life in silent misery and despair. The sensation of actual physical pain clenched at my mind like metal prongs, a systematic torture I consciously put myself through with calculated purpose every single day.
