To All Those Who Keep their Christmas Lights Up Through The Winter…Thank You.
The other night, I was driving my kids back to a school function at 5:30 on a country road in complete darkness. No moon, just my headlights in the pitch black. Periodically along my drive, I would see a few shining beacons of sparkling Christmas lights that would brighten up my otherwise dim ride. It struck me how nice it was to see those gleaming lights in an otherwise bleak and dispiriting night.

2019 YEAR IN REVIEW
I had a miserable 2019. Parts of it were good, but I had many stressful and trying times throughout the year. Thank goodness for my true friends who stuck by me through all of it. I will never be able to thank them enough for all that they did for me in 2019.

The Pleasure Principle
We are very busy creatures in this world. Its a world full of doing, in which we often forget about being. We are constantly rushing to get the next task complete or the next chore done, so that we forget to give ourselves self-pleasure or believe we simply don't have time for self-care. Or we consider ourselves selfish for doing such.

Trance experiences, hypnotic inductions, and set points
I have been asked over and over again about the best way to deliver amazing trance experiences. It comes down to communication and it doesn't matter if you communicating with a group of one person. The question you want to ask is what do you do for the joy of it? People will happily share with you the many reasons and details that they enjoy about their favorite recreational activities. What they may not realize is they will shift into a trance state as part of their chosen activity. All activities are naturally trance inducing. For example, playing an instrument until you feel like the instrument is playing you and painting until you feel the scene is revealing itself to you. Both share an isomorphic trance where the subconscious becomes more dominant and leads the body through an activity. Recreational activities are desired and experienced by most people, because they are familiar with the trance experience and seek to engage with it again. Engaging with this familiar state of trance is all that's needed to shift into a hypnotic trance.

Life in the Slow Lane
If you had told me five years ago I would be living life in the slow lane I would have thought you had gone mad. I am a type A personality, always on the go, I would rush from one thing to the next. I would also rush my children, “hurry hurry we have get to here or there.” Until, I got sick, really sick with whooping cough and a string of other viruses of which landed me in bed for nearly twelve months...a whole year!

Happiness Is Free!
Happiness Grows From the Inside! Your happiness is an inside job. That means that no matter what is going on around you, your happiness is sown from the inside out. It will not be affected unless you choose to use something outside of you as an excuse to take up space in your state of happiness!
