Peanut: the First Chapter
My partner and I begun this journey of buns back in 2017, when we rescued two bonded female lionheads. We named them Angel and Luna, but they were very scared and timid. Luna slowly became aggressive in her new environment, while Angel eventually opened up and started to play. They never really showed much affection, but when they did it was phenomenal! I have always had animals, but my boyfriend has never had any before this. He was in love. Unfortunately, we became homeless and had go find them new homes :(

Fight
I heard the shouts of the club members around me urging me on. "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" "I do not fight puppies!" I snarled as I looked down at the puppy. The crowd booed. It was my job to give the club a fight. To entertain them. The gangs and rich dogs paid and I showed them a good time. To do so, I fought. Dogs. "As I have told my managers," I growled, "I. Don't. Fight. Puppies." I glared at the crowd of rich snobs and criminals and I bared my teeth. I watched as the pup cowered in front of me — clearly terrified — from the corner of my eye.

I Have an Imaginary Dog for a Very Good Reason
When I was a child, a dog was always out of the question. My father wanted to buy an illegal exotic pet whilst my mother would say she was allergic to dogs and cats. We settled on a jar full of worms that I collected from the garden and eventually a goldfish with suicidal tendencies. After the death of my worms at the hands of my sisters, I was left alone with Bob the goldfish. I would chat to him for hours and in return he would commit suicide by jumping down the back of the freezer. Bob II would replace him and he lasted a relatively long time before his accidental death. It was my birthday and a shiny 50 pence coin would fall from my hand and into the tank, striking Bob II and dealing the goldfish a fatal blow.

Raising Miniature Ducks
Call ducks (miniature ducks) were bred in the 19th century in Great Britain from Dutch lines of decoy ducks. They were bred to be super small so that they could lure wild ducks into traps and be able to escape through a tiny trapdoor. Call ducks could attract lots of wild ducks because their "call" is so loud it can be heard extremely far away.

Nala’s Thoughts
I find myself wondering quite a bit about what my dog (Nala) thinks about. Like what goes on in her head when she finds her bone underneath the couch or when she runs around in circles in the middle of the living room or even when she lays down next to me for the six hours that I work every day. She’s got a big personality, so I’m positive that she doesn’t have boring thoughts. Well here is my interpretation of just a few of Nala’s thoughts on daily occurrences based on her facial expressions and emotions when dealing with these occurrences in first person.

Ziggy Dew Equals Love: Part 2
After getting the chance to talk to my future love that one last time after bringing Ziggy home before the long three years of not talking at all, my little furry Ziggy bunny man was the being that brought me the most love and happiness. As you all know, when he first came home with me, he got to meet the throne and live in a giant box, but you will be happy to know I did order him a cage with all the fixings such as a fancy water bottle, which I still have to this day, a litter tray, shavings for bedding, and food and hay for snacking on. Oh, and I cannot forget his stuffed lion. That’s right, I bought him a stuffed lion so he wouldn't get lonely, and let me tell you, he licked that thing to pieces and snuggled with it often. He treated it like it was his own dang pet. It was hilarious.

A Letter to Bean
Dear Bean, When your dad first called me and mentioned you, I was hesitant. He had discovered you when he was on his delivery route. Immediately, he was enamored with you. We had just moved into a new apartment. I had your sister, Pretties. Dad had your other sister, Nacht. We were all still adjusting to our new surroundings. We had barely any furniture. Boxes covered the floor and it was that after move funk that happens sometimes.
