Goodbye, Soul of the Soul, 'a star that set, yet its light remains in our hearts.

Khaleed Al-Nabhan: The body has gone, but the soul continues to pulse in our hearts

A picture of his expression of Sheikh Khaled and the spirit of the soul, Reem

I write my words in moments of deep sadness and great sorrow, with my heart dripping blood for his patience in life through his trials before his birthday by a few days. He lived a year alone without his spirit, to be reborn. We reflect on the passing of Sheikh Khalid (Abu Diyaa), not just as a sheikh and social leader, but as a human who loved sincerely and was loved by life in all its details.

Reem, "the soul of his soul", was the refuge of his heart and the heartbeat of his days, the companion with whom he shared the sweetest moments and faced the toughest challenges. She was the inspiration for his journey, awakening in him unwavering determination, urging him to move forward despite all obstacles.

In his life, Sheikh Khalid was a knight of truth, a heart full of love and tenderness. His words flowed with sincerity, and his actions always preceded his words. With "the soul of his soul", he discovered the true meaning of life and learned that giving is the essence of existence.

His departure was not merely the loss of a leader, but the loss of a lover who filled the world with an endless love. "The soul of his soul" weeps for him, as do the hearts that loved his honesty and simplicity.

His memory will not die, because the love he planted will remain alive in souls. Their story will continue to be told, not as a tale of parting but as an epic of love and loyalty.

I mour him, may God have mercy on him and grant him eternal rest in His vast paradise, and may He grant "the soul of his soul" and those who loved him patience and solace. And we can only say: "Indeed, we belong to God, and to Him is our return."

So I say:

  • On your birthday, O symbol of sacrifice,
  • We celebrate with pride that has no end.
  • A martyr alive in eternal gardens,
  • Glowing with your spirit in the heights of the sky.
  • O Khalid, the name, O glory and pride,
  • You revive hearts with the greatest giving.
  • You carried the banner of patience in the battlefield,
  • And built the edifice of honor despite the trials.
  • O you who planted love in the land of dew,
  • And departed towards God with pride.
  • Your birth today is a light in our lives,
  • And a testimony that blossoms in the midst of hope.
  • Rest easy, your eyes content in the Garden of God's pleasure,
  • For eternity is your abode with the martyrs.
  • We will continue to tell your story, O soul of the world,
  • You are the pride of Arabs and the loyal.
  • Every year, your birth is an eternal memory,
  • Shining in hearts like the light of the sky.
  • O Abu Diyaa, O star that shone in this world,
  • You carried glory above hardship.
  • You lived nobly, honestly in your path,
  • And departed to eternity in dignity and pride.
  • Your birthday is not just a passing day,
  • But a symbol of honor, dignity, and sacrifice.
  • How can one who has earned eternity die?
  • In the hearts of the free, in the breast of the sky.
  • Rest, O martyr of truth, for life blooms
  • Between tears and prayers.
  • Our generation tells your tales with pride,
  • In every field, with every affiliation.
  • You who taught generations patience and steadfastness,
  • And love for the homeland despite enemies.
  • We will continue to remember you every year,
  • O Khalid of glory, O spirit of greatness
